We ordered 2 beds, which were delayed by two months despite saying order in the next few days and they will deliver within 10 days. The customer service is shocking, at one point they said we do not know why you are upset with the delay! Eventually the beds arrived -they were wet and there was a rip on the material, they offered a £30 compensation for beds worth over £1000. The delivery was a joke - one guy was really miserable and threw the bed up the stairs and broke our bannister -did not even apologise. We tried to report te issues straight away but were ignored. We wrote to them, called them loads and kept getting different responses and sometimes they just hung up on us. Eventually they offered to replace the beds as the product is so poor. We wrote to them and since our last email we have been ignored. They dont care, they don't listen and it is a rip off! And now their website has disappeared. Really feel ripped off!
I ordered 2 mattresses
I ordered 2 mattresses, it took ages to come and when it did the mattresses were very soft so i needed to send them back. I have lots of emails promising they will be collected. No joy. So in the end they email me to say to dispose of them and they will refund within a month. I have email dated January. I still have no refund back. and they not picking their phone .

From making the purchase to delivery was great. Ive had no problems with my delivery. Courier contacted me the day before delivery which i received no problem. The quality of the fabric is brilliant, absolutely lovely. The only thing negative for me is the support the slats and the beam give. There no support for the beam itself ( centre of the beam tht supports the slats. ) im having to make my own ' legs 'to support this beam to hold the slats and us better so we dont fall through the bed. Overall im very pleased with the bed. Really has completed my room.

Frauds
Caution: Delivery proof showed a small unrelated parcel NOT the king size bed ordered.
I ordered a king size divan bed from Divan Beds UK.
The company's courier tracking later showed a delivery with a photo of a small unrelated parcel placed through a window while the house was empty. However, the actual king size bed base and main components that make up the full order were never delivered.
Despite this, the company relied on that single tracking reference as proof that the entire order had been delivered. No evidence was provided showing delivery of the actual King Size Divan Bed I ordered.
I repeatedly requested clear proof of delivery specifically for the full order but this was never provided.
The issue eventually had to be escalated through the payment provider before it was finally resolved in my favour.
Based on this experience, I would advise customers to exercise EXTREME CAUTION
I would never order anything from this company again…
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. After 7 months of trying to resolve ongoing issues, I still do not have a proper outcome.
I ordered a king-size bed frame but was sent a double mattress, and the headboard delivered was a completely different colour to the base. These are basic order errors that should have been rectified quickly.
Customer service has been very poor throughout. I repeatedly had to chase for updates and often felt ignored, with long periods of no communication. The lack of accountability and urgency has been frustrating and unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking, if I could do zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling company, how does this company get away with what they're doing! There's so many bad reviews and I'm just adding another one. Ordered my bed in September it never arrived, couldn't get through to them nor the carriers. I was told I would get a refund but still not received anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Accept orders and then cancel them
On two occasions (2 months apart)order cancelled due to no stock (even though) order accepted on website. The first time they emailed to say they cancelled in error as they now had ‘stock’, hence me reordering post Christmas.
I’ve now been advised that they have put a limitation limit on any orders I place with them or their affiliated company’s due to cancelled orders.
The orders were only cancelled as they had no stock, how is that my fault!!!
I ordered my bed on the 5th of December…
I ordered my bed on the 5th of December via the Internet and paid in full. on the 9th of December I was sent a mail saying that our bed was in production. on the 26th of December I received an apology for a slight delay. while they. awaited confirmation from the transport team. on the 27th of December I received an email asking how my delivery had gone.. I had received no delivery and email them as such. I contact in again I was told that delivery would not be until the New Year. I I mailed them again this morning and received a reply stating that my order had been cancelled because they didn’t deliver to my address which isn’t in the Orkney Islands but in Buckinghamshire. I have never come across a company which treats it customers with such distain. They are total charlatans and I would advise anybody contemplating purchasing from them to find somewhere else. They are complete disgrace to British manufacturing.

No show Delivery - ordered 4th. November 2025 with delivery date confirmed for 2nd. December - rec eived update with time slot but no show
2 e-mail messages received with conflicting reasons for the no show and despite e-mailing the Company asking for new delivery date have received no further communication from the Company
No response to phone calls ( phone just rings out ) and there is no response to e-mails
Have raised a Section 75 claim with my Credit Card Company
Probably the worst Company that I have ever dealt with - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid at any cost .. very bad !!
I only leave reviews when something is extremely good or extremely bad — and this company unfortunately falls into the very, very bad category. I’m sharing this to warn others.
I ordered a bed with a mattress, and it took three weeks just to attempt delivery. The first delivery appointment never happened — no driver showed up, and I didn’t receive any text, call, or email about a cancellation. Yet they kept calling and leaving messages saying the delivery was coming, but it never did.
They then booked another delivery. The time slot was for the morning. On the same day, I received a call saying they would only deliver the base, and the headboard was still being manufactured. Nearly four weeks had passed, and now they suddenly tell me this?
When I asked when the headboard would be ready, they had no idea. So I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. They told me the refund would take 30 days, which is ridiculous.
To make things worse, even after I cancelled, the delivery driver still called me at 12:40 saying he was outside with my bed — clearly the company didn’t even bother informing the delivery team that the order was cancelled.
This whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!

Do not buy from this company. I never recieved the mattress despite several delivery dates being arranged. The delivery company, Falcon2man, are dreadful. Each time a delivery was set they cancelled with excuses from delay, broken down van and powercut in the warehouse (not confirmed by Power networks). Not sure if the mattress was ever ready to be delivered but the communication from both companies was dire. I cancelled the order and was told I'd have to pay £60 fee but as they couldn't supply the mattress they were obliged to give a full refund. This was the most stressful purchase I'd ever made. I then ordered a great mattress from a well-known supplier and it arrived in two days with no hassle.

Delivery was 1.5 hours later than latest time which would have been fine but the quality recieved was horrendous.
Glue stains all over divan.
Staples sticking out everywhere
Broken drawers that cannot be used.
Nobody answers the phone and no apology.

I ordered a bed , delivery was arranged for 3 weeks time , the bed did not arrive . The delivery team number does not answer the phone or emails . I managed to get hold of customer services who told me that they couldn’t deliver the bed yesterday with no explanation , so they will have to get back to me at a later date with a new deliver time .
This was the WORST customer service that I have ever received from any company.
I asked to speak to supervisor to resolve this problem , but was told there isn’t anyone .
They will take your money , but will not deliver your bed . Do not be scammed like I was .

Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs.
Take your money. Say they’ve sent something for delivery. Then say it’s still being manufactured. Weeks after ordering.
Then when I ask to cancel, they say they will charge an admin fee to do so.
Their website says delivery in days not weeks. Clearly
To keep everyone’s “admin fee”

Then I kick off and get issued a refund. Apparently. Two weeks later still no money.
Charge back on my credit card going through currently.

The price was good but on delivery It was pretty obvious that the lift up lid of the ottoman was 2” shy of the base (2” short).
The guy on the phone just wanted me to accept the fault, he was rude and wouldn’t even discuss, offer a replacement or look at a video

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a bed in September and it didn’t arrive until November. I was given a delivery window of 10am–2pm, waited all day with no updates, messages or calls. The drivers finally arrived at 7pm.
On top of that, I paid £60 for assembly, which they did not do. They left the bed dumped in my bathroom, and I can’t even close the bathroom door because of it. Completely unacceptable.
I had to pay for childcare because of their delays, and when I asked them to collect the bed, they told me I would have to pay another £60 for collection. After all the inconvenience they caused, they still expect me to pay more.
Avoid this company at all costs — I’ve been going back and forth with them and it has been nothing but stress and poor service.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ottoman single bed and headboard are decent quality, reflective of the price. Mattress is poor quality, but in this instance you get what you pay for. Delivery should have been within 10 days but got email on day 9 saying it would be in 6 days time. Fair enough, but they didn’t deliver the bed, just mattress and headboard. Driver showed me paper work to say it was missing but this wasn’t communicated before hand. Unable to get through on phone and although first email reply seemed personal, had to chase for an update, which came with a new date and time slot. Nothing to acknowledge the delay. Unsurprisingly, delivery didn’t turn up and again no communication to let us know. After asking for an update or a refund, I was sent a new delivery date. Again, no apology or update to what was going on. Bed eventually got delivered 6 weeks after ordering. The lack of communication is terrible and and the price wasn’t worth the hassle
