Absolutely brilliant company. A couple of the screw plates were loose and couldn't be tightened on the trundle bed. No messing, the company took it on board and today only 2 days later they are sending us a new trundle. Wow. Fantastic customer service. A truly great British company. It pays to stay local. Will be recommending. The bed is great and mattress is of good quality and very comfy.

I have had a series of bad Internet shopping experiences recently - these guys bucked that trend.

They Communicated in a clear and timely fashion. Goods were as expected, and were delivered when they said. Minor customer service issue sorted promptly and without fuss

Ordered a zip and link mattress after a staying at mother in laws new place. She had invested in a load of new beds for her BNB from divan centre UK. She she came across them though a friend who also owns an air bnb. I was so impressed with the mattress as it was super comfy. Can't comment on the divan bases and tbh, I think cheaper divan bases are a bit risky anyway...but the mattresses are brilliant and really good value. We got the Savoy. Service was good too and the mattress come flat/unrolled.

The quality of the divan is not what I expected. The inside of the divan is exposed so the wooden frame is showing. A little more time and material would have finished the bed.

I ordered a split base single bed with headboard. I wasn't sure about buying from a unknown company and am always a bit unsure about buying from companies on the Web. However, I called them before purchasing and they were so helpful and it was delivered within a week. Very very pleased and would definitely order again.

We ordered a divan storage bed. It was priced lower than most places. The bed arrived quicker than expected and was of excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery, good communication, everything arrived as ordered.
Lots of choice of fabrics for made to order base and headboard to match.
Mattress does slip on anti slip base, but apart from that, very satisfied.

Ordered bed and mattress. Called before to check on delivery as needed it in under a week. Was called back and reassured they could. Delivery team sent several detailed emails confirming date and time.
Team arrived on site. Put the items in my room of choice, and advised where I could find the casters etc. I put the kingsize bed together myself. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Bed is great - clients happy.

The website was easy to use to place my order.
I ordered a storage divan bed, no mattress.
The delivery was pretty fast, and the delivery guys were nice enough and brought the divan bed up to my spare room.
The 2-part divan was easy to connect together and I've had no problem with it so far.
I'm happy with my purchase and experience with Divan Centre.

First order arrived and was incorrect bed sent so contacted straight away, they then said they will send the bed out again so I rearranged my whole day for the correct bed to be sent...when it arrived it was the wrong bed again!!! I then emailed and at this point I just wanted my money back and order elsewhere, I received a phone call every other person was blamed apart from the company for making the error on 2 separate occasions!!!

I then arranged for the incorrect bed to be picked up and it was agreed as soon as It was picked up a refund would be processed, what a surprise I have emailed and telephone and no response no refund nothing being totally ignored!!!

Absolutely joke of a company!!

Divan Centre did indeed solved the problem the next day making the subcontractors come back and put the items in the correct rooms, not very graciously, but they did it. I am very pleased with the product quality (I sleep great on the new beds and the tear on the fabric was on the piece that is only used to temporarily fix the drawers position during transport) and with the response of their customer service team, who went above and beyond to reassure me that they will provide a solution.

I have received the delivery but I am very unhappy with it. Considering that it costs almost £1000, I expected a minimum of service. The delivery (subcontractors) arrived and dropped the 5 large packages in the corridor. Only at my insistence. they moved the mattresses to the rooms (ground floor, so not big effort) but left after taking some pictures as proof of delivery, before I could unpack anything to inspect it and ask then where to put the other packages. They left me alone with 5 large and wet packages blocking my corridor. To top it all, after struggling to half unwrap the first base, I noticed a tear in the fabric.
I have initiated a complaint and possible return and money back. Lets see how this goes.

No problem with delivery it turned up on time
Quality of bed not good at all headboard was damaged and base material not fastened very well
Mattresses were good
Email company about the damaged and was told to glue back of headboard were it was ripped as you wouldn’t see it and put more staples in the base
Told them I didnt pay for a damaged bed and agree to replace it in the end
Not great customer service

Bought a single divan with draws and memory foam mattress.
Was a small issue with the castors but all sorted very quickly.
Very good service and quick response. Great mattress Dormeo at a very good price for the bed, mattress and headboard 😆

Most important thing: the mattress is super comfy and I’m delighted with it. It’s a Crystal Zip and Link, thoroughly recommended.
Now the bad stuff. The couriers used by the company were just dreadful - they managed to completely muddle my order, cancel it for no reason, and it was like wringing blood out of a stone to get it fixed, with each person trying to pass on responsibility. The bed wasn’t delivered on the date specifically agreed with the company as a result.
There were also some issues with missing parts and workmanship on the base (link bolts missing on one bed so can zip but doesn’t link) and a lot of wood was still attached in the holes for the feet to go into, which had to be forcibly removed with a screwdriver before they would go in (this was tricky and a pain to have to do before we could use the bed at the end of an exhausting move day).
Overall, wonderful mattress at a great price, loads of options for the base but more attention to detail, complete parts and delivery would make things so much smoother.

Ordered my divan on friday oct 24th received my divan bed to day 28th Oct everything was as ordered very satisfied delivered at 2,30 pm I was contacted once by phone and received text when they were 30 miutes away excellent service polite ,professional and friendly will certainly use and recommend the company again.Thank you
