Divan Factory Outlet レビュー

Very good company to deal with. No problems at all. Prompt delivery. I paid extra to have the bed unpacked, put together and packaging taken away.
Well worth the extra and the bed is just perfect.

Excellent bed , sturdy and well made and mattress is really comfortable

Delivery took a while to arrange initially then less than 24 hour notice of delivery which we couldn't do, next delivery date a week later was then cancelled last minute by them, finally received a day later. Mattress slides off every we time we open the bed, board the base top is made of is flimsy, hinges too springy bed just about stays closed with Mattress on it.

Ordering very easy . Delivery on time and the lads were very helpful

The team at Divan Factory Outlet have been brilliant from start to finish! The products supplied were exactly as described and delivered in perfect condition by a great team. Despite the issues I had in completing the purchase of my property DFO have been patient, pragmatic and highly professional. I would not hesitate to either recommend them or use them again. Great team and even greater value for money.

Very nice people, good communication the delivery gentleman were very polite. Beds are very good and comfortable highly recommended.

Excellent service and khizar bhai talk very polite if I want to buy bed and mattress again i buy from him. Trust worthy guy

Goods and services ordered but not delivered. Despite multiple emails and a constantly engaged phone a delivery date has not even been suggested. A full refund has been requested but so far there has been response.

Ordered a bed with integrated headboard plus a separate headboard for a bed we already had. They phoned to check the order thinking we may have ordered the separate headboard without realising the bed had one. That was good that they checked.
Then they delivered without the integrated headboard. Quite difficult to get through to them but eventually sent the headboard but it was not the one we ordered.
It turns out the website picture didn’t match the written details of the order so the second headboard was correct for the order but not what we expected.
They very kindly offered to upgrade free of charge and the headboard we had been expecting finally arrived.
The price and quality of the products are great but they need to improve on their communication. The phone rings out with no answer and text and emails are not always answered or answered after a long delay leaving you feeling very frustrated.
The mark of good customer service is how you handle problems. They eventually resolved everything to my complete satisfaction but it was painful getting there.

On time delivery, called twice to update on eta, nice polite guys who brought beds to home plus beds are really good quality, good lift rams, totally happy.

The bed was delivered on time no offer to take it upstairs being disabled it was a struggle to get it up the stairs it was well wrapped .externally it was fine. The corner of the drawer inside is damaged I let them know and they asked for photos I sent photos twice and had no reply .lesson learnt don't buy off the internet if you can buy local, do so at least you can pack it up and take it back if there's a problem.

From ordering to delivery a really easy process . Kept in the loop on delivery times and staff were all polite and helpful … would highly recommend

Wow fabulous bed fabulous company and price and delivery people fabulous made up the bed no messing am very happy😀👍 5 stars

Very quick despatch , excellent communication.
Both beds are very well made.
Would definitely use again.
Many thanks

I ordered two Chelsea Upholstered beds in leather cream and was very pleased with the overall experience. There were a few imperfections on the beds due to delivery, but customer service was excellent in resolving the issue and providing replacement parts. They were very helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Despite the minor issue, I’m really happy with both the beds and the service I received.

Happy with the bed, easy to order, kept up to date with messages on delivery.
Delivery was smooth without any issues.

Wonderful headboard exceptional value for money.

Great service called me to double check on bedsize. Well made did not need to build everything was almost already all in place. Well wrapped and delivery guys called & text beforehand very happy with service and bed. Only there’s no holes for headboard that I could see. 5 star & I would definitely buy from again 🙂

Bought the bed for my daughter . Such a lovely bed. Really good quality and excellent service. Would definitely buy again.

I would highly recommend Divan Factory Outlet, the bed I have received today is made to a very high standard and extremely comfortable. Upon placing the order I was kept informed about delivery from a lovely customer service agent. 10/10 #happy-customer
