I had an excellent experience with Diverse Diagnostics while seeking an ADHD assessment for my child. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.

The staff were all friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, which made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. The lady who carried out my child’s assessment was absolutely amazing. She was warm, patient, and made the whole process feel seamless. Her approach immediately put us at ease, and I truly cannot thank her enough for the care and attention she showed throughout.

After the final assessment, I received my child’s diagnosis by email the very next day, which was incredibly quick and helpful. Knowing that the NHS waiting list for an ADHD assessment can be around six years, if not longer, this made such a huge difference for our family.

Thanks to Diverse Diagnostics, my child now has the diagnosis needed to access the correct support at school and any additional services he may need in the future. I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism shown by the whole team and would highly recommend their services to other families seeking help.

Great experience with Diverse Diagnostics.
Quick replies, very knowledgeable staff, and extremely accommodating when it came to booking and rearranging appointments. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel much less stressful.

I’ve already recommended Diverse Diagnostics to several people who are struggling to get answers or a diagnosis through the usual routes. Going private can be expensive, but in my experience it was absolutely worth it for the level of care, support, and outcome I received.

Had a consult call a few days ago which left me feeling extremely validated. Spoke with Robyn who could not have been any kinder, more supportive and informative. Have since booked my assessment and received all necessary forms required in a timely manner. Giving 4 stars as I have not yet had my assessment so cannot speak on the process yet, but overall could not fault the support so far!

Had my assessment two weeks ago, with Dr Dantanarayana. He was simply wonderful, the kindest gentleman who listened to every word I said, with empathy and understanding.
If you’re in two minds whether or not to go ahead….just do it.
Diverse Diagnostics have been incredible from start to finish, every email and query answered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for anything in the future, should it be needed.

Some staff mainly accounts team are a bit rigid and quite removed from the human touch. I’ve never missed a dose or payment but unable to work with how I get paid.

I have had an excellent experience with Diverse Diagnostics. Their administrative team has been very helpful, and in my medication reviews, I have felt cared for and listened to, which has been a stark contrast to what I have experienced in other medical-related appointments. Thank you very much to all the staff who work incredibly hard to assist their patients and support them throughout the journey, and for being kind, compassionate and understanding, especially about ADHD, which I feel is vastly misunderstood by most people.

Today I spoke to Rebekah, the kindest soul, allowed me to open up and for the first time in my life o felt like I was talking to someone who made me feel like I was sane and normal and allowed me to cry and vent about my struggles. After 2 really bad days, she was able to help my mind settle and show me there is light at the end of the tunnel, today we booked my assessment and it’s honestly such a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you.

My daughter had all the traits of ADHD and possibly ASD .After dealing with Diverse Diagnostics I was very happy as most other places had tried to push the test for ASD (very expensive).But this was not the case with Diverse .DR Coates was absolutely amazing with us and our daughter throughout our assessments and also answered over inclines we had .I will be back when it’s time to go down the road of medication with my daughter .

Customer service is excellent. Quick response to queries and informative. Sessions with therapists really useful and made an effort to relate to my son personally, thank you all!

My two children are patients of Diverse Diagnostics. We've been using the service since 2022, after previously using a different ADHD service that was both unreliable and unhelpful.

I believe we have been patients since the company first formed, and as it has grown we have seen many new protocols put in place to ensure the smooth running of the business and prescribing services. There were a few hiccups to begin with, however things run well now.

I had an issue with one of the professionals who was to diagnose one of my children and the Director of the company personally took on my 'complaint' and dealt with the diagnosis herself. I was greatly reassured by this.

The new(er) prescribing company is good if you are at home most of the time. Prescriptions arrived pretty much the next day, however they do have to be signed for which doesn't work for my particular circumstances. Therefore, I get my children's medication delivered to a local pharmacy, which means wait times are a little longer but more convenient for picking up in my own time.

The advisers who I have liaised with are all pleasant, helpful and answer in a timely manner. I have no problem emailing to ask for help, resources or because I have accidently deleted an email that I needed!

Having diagnoses and medication have greatly benefitted our family - we were massively struggling before, and now we can mostly manage with other interventions in place.

Life isn't as hard as before and I only wish we could have used the service much earlier than we did.

If you are wondering whether to approach Diverse Diagnostics, I'd say go for it. There was no hard sell after the 15 minute consultation call and it could change your life!

Service was quick. Right from my first contact until now. Morgan was very efficient.

Robyn was very friendly and made the process seem a lot less daunting and much more comfortable.

Very helpful and insightful

I was given an appointment within a matter of weeks. Admin staff were great with keeping in touch and explaining the whole process. Assessments were thorough. Only downside was the overall cost.

I have been with Diverse diagnostics for some time now. I had a major issue leading from my last appointment that I was misinformed information and I turned up at my GP for tests that diverse hadn’t communicated to them. I called diverse to query but they couldn’t answer why. It isn’t the first time my GP wasn’t communicated from diverse. You pay a lot of money for your diagnosis at least you can ask is to follow up notes to your GP. Once this happened I had complained as I wasted a half days holiday at work and cost of fuel to go from work to the GP. Everything they asked I followed as quick as I could. Whether it was my ECG or other tests, they asked, I jumped. I called and complained after having to speak to multiple people I asked to speak to someone senior. -all I was given was the leadership team manager. They tried to be helpful but what would’ve been more helpful is if she hadn’t called as it made me more irate than previously. I deemed my previous appointment wasn’t met to its standards and for not following through on the information to my doctor I asked for a refund of that appointment, all I was offered was £25 reduction to a nurse one instead. A huge insult into what was asked. Up until then I had never missed an appointment paying out over £2000. I’m due another 3 appointments at least that will be a total of additional £600. I’ve never disputed to paying any of this if the service is met. The company cares more about money than fixing anyone with mental health. They are profiting heavily over our broken NHS and care little about who they are treating. Shop around before you even consider giving them a call. Good luck if you do.

From our first phone call with Toni to the initial 15 minute consultation with Cara we had confidence that all the staff cared and wanted to help our child and us as a family. The assessment process was extremely comprehensive and we felt very well supported by Dr Tomus. We feel that we are moving in a positive direction, guided by the knowledgeable staff who are always available to answer any questions.

Staff have been very helpful and responsive to communications. There was a minor issue with an appointment, but it was resolved within a very short timeframe.

Robyn was lovely, she put me at total ease and I felt encouraged in my pursual of the ADHD diagnosis. She was also very informative.

Brianna Murray was positively communicative and timely in resolving my query. Whilst personally frustrated in relation to my concern, Brianna's willingness to do the 'figuring out' resolved much of these feelings. My issue was resolved in some half day.
