Yasser gave good advise on how to approach selling the flat . Identified a buyer quickly and responded quickly and proactively to any questions. He worked well with the Alexander leasing department (who managed my flat) and made this a painless experience in terms of ensuring all basis were covered . He also interacted smoothly with my selling solicitor.

We had Alexandra today, 26-Sep at our home for inspection, she was very professional in carrying out the inspection and asked us if we have any maintenance issues to report to the maintenance team and was noted all our points which is very pleasant and kindful and then she successfully reported to the maintenance team and also spoken to the landlord for the points discussed today, and confirmed us via email, much appreciate the work and we value her work.
