George was great ! The problem was fixed and sorted very quickly with no issues.

Parham was extremely helpful with sorting my alteration forms - the new dedicated Lloyds group email is a great addition!

I usually expect to make multiple calls when trying to reach the property manager, so I was a bit surprised this morning when I found the contact number had changed. However, when I called the new number, I was quickly connected with George. He was very helpful, friendly, and resolved my query within a minute. A really smooth and pleasant experience.

Horrendous. We have been landlords for 25 years and have a number of properties and have never experienced such terrible service from any of our agents. LIM bought out our previous agent, Sandstone and the issues started immediately. Tenant requests being ignored, LIM paying us our rent receipts late and without statements and then money just not being paid across. At the worst point we were owed thousands for many months and as there is no phone number and only a central email we had to threaten legal action before they finally paid what we were owed. We have now moved our properties to new agents and are getting the service you would expect. Truly terrible. I would question the veracity of the positive reviews of this company.

From start to finish Parham Hashemi was exceptional dealing with every step of the process.

Would be very happy to use Lomond again especially if Parham is working with us!

So far our experience has been great. He communicated well with any information regarding our queries and has updated us with additional information where needed.

The telephone support has improved. I have dealt wirh Parham Hashemi in relation to a couple of issues recently she has been very efficient in managing the issues and maintaining timely email contact. This method of contact has improved too.

LIM Lomond people are Nice and cooperative. Especially Mr. Perham Hashemi is Nice Person with all due professional Qualities. I must appreciate him.

I honestly can’t thank Lisa at Lomond enough for everything she’s done to help us secure our new home.

We were under a lot of pressure with our current landlord selling and a tight timeline to move, so it was quite a stressful situation, especially with my partner being pregnant. From the very start, Lisa was incredibly responsive, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

We had a few complications along the way with referencing and paperwork, but she handled everything professionally and kept things moving, always coming back to us quickly and keeping us in the loop. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made a massive difference given the circumstances.

Thanks to her support, we’ve been able to get everything sorted and move forward with confidence, which has taken a huge weight off our shoulders.

He has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive .consistently following up on everything, even the smallest issues, to ensure they were resolved quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and dedication have truly made a difference to our experience.
We are very grateful for all his support and would like to wish him every success and happiness in the future.

George Burkett was great and answered all our questions, and put our minds at ease knowing it was easy to message all call with any queries we might have with the move.

Awful from start to finish, never answered emails, never called back when they said they would. Passed you around from person to person. If you managed to get a name of someone you needed to speak to they were always in a meeting. Still not received the deposit back even though this has been agreed.
Honestly have absolutely no clue what they are doing apart from as little as possible
Sent someone to do check out report 5 days before we moved out
I’ve never come across such an incompetent management company truly shocking

I have always had a good experience with this company.
Parham our manager has always been very helpful and always dealt with any issues we have promptly, very happy with the service we receive.
