I guess I'll add my name to the list of unhappy customers of this business. I had purchased a power conditioner from this company, used my credit card, and finished the transaction. I received a conformation email shortly after confirming the purchase. Got a text message from my credit card that the purchase was made. Roughly an hour later, I get an email stating that the transaction had been canceled. Reason was either I canceled the transaction, or I didn't check their website for price changes. What?? Check the website I purchased this product from for price changes?? Do they think I entered the price I felt like paying? When I went back to check the current price, it had indeed changed. They refused to honor the price I purchased it for. I'll never buy from them again.

These people were HORRIBLE to deal with I would give them 0 stars!!! They were so unprofessional and mean. I would never buy from them because of how the staff is there on emails its just wrong and they need to figure out how to have better attitudes PERIOD!

Fast, honest, and personal communication. There's a real human on the other end.

Just ordered 2 audio technica AT-XP7 turntable cartridges this morning. Just received an email telling me, that they refunded my money, cause I didn’t check to see if they had them in stock and that I didn’t see their prices . If you’re gonna sell me something at a price ( which was $118 each ) wouldn’t you think you would know what you have in stock ? And I just checked their website to reorder them and they raised their offer prices to $158 each. That is very bad business in trying to make a buck .

Maybe you are the SCAMMER!!! I have thousands of packages sent to my home every year. Amazon, UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Even gave my post man a neck fan when he didn't have an A/C supplied vehicle.

Clearly I'm not the only one that thinks this.

I also have correspondence with you company in March about when to expect my product and you advised me at the time it wouldn't be until April. FedEx claims it was delivered in February. Explain that?

I was a little scared after reading some of these reviews but I got my Faderfox mx12 just over a week after ordering it. They are legit. I don't think they store (have in stock) all the merchandise they sell. I think that may be why all the negative reviews... I gave them one less star because I don't think their communication is great. They are difficult to get in touch with. Anyway, I'm happy I got my order sooner than expected.

I had a great experience with Dj Deals and their service was above and beyond what I expected. I am very satisfied with my mixfader and the service I received from Dj Deals. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Awesome site easy purchase.

Pending potential edit, my orders never arrived and DJdeal ask me to directly deal with the manufacturer and the delivery claim service after holding my money for more than 3 months.
Terrible delays I can understand but thinking all is good because your order says delivered is not good enough for a custumer who required a signature at delivery. You can't even provide proof of delivery and let me deal with the complaint? I guess it's a cash machine to never deliver

She was incredibly rude, condescending, and insulting. She had a complete lack of professionalism, and I look forward to sharing her sarcastic remarks publicly to warn others against doing business here.
