No package
Everything, dji printed a incorrect address label which
Led to UPS delivering it(nobody home) and then I requested it be redeliverd they confirmed it but decided to send it back anyways.. I talked to the supervisor and was told it was tracked down and will be back for redelivery to me which turned out to be a lie..so now my son has no BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE PACKAGE IS BECAUSE OF BEING LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES BY UPS.. HELP IS NEEDED TO GET MY SONS PRESENT TO HIM ASAP!!..!!.

this company IS NOT an authorized DJI dealer,
This store presents itself as an authorized DJI dealer, which can be misleading for customers.
After contacting DJI Global directly, I received written confirmation that this company IS NOT an authorized DJI dealer, despite the claims made on their website and marketing materials.
Because of this, I reached out to clarify my order and product authenticity concerns. Unfortunately, the product I received was not in new condition and appeared to have been previously opened and used.
I also contacted their support team regarding this issue, but my messages were not properly addressed or resolved.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying dealer authorization directly with DJI before making a purchase from this seller.

Above and beyond
The website was fairly easy to navigate, and the delivery was so fast. I was not sure I was going to get it in time for the event. I was hoping to have it for and you guys definitely stand on business when it comes to shipping. The product arrived, sealed, and completely as it should be. I have not yet activated and used it but more than likely will today.

This website is TRASH!!
This website is TRASH!!! I've had nothing but issues with them since ordering. They keep blaming their shipping issues on UPS. 2 weeks with a bunch of BS and then when tracking info FINALLY shows up, my order gets CANCELLED for no reason and package gets returned to sender. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
