I have always bought various photography accessories, which has always been as described and delivered in time.

Made a small mistake with my order and they helped get it sorted the same day, fantastic customer service! Was extremely happy with the whole experience!

I bought several times with K&F, lens filters, tripod, batteries, all good quality and great service. I had one battery not charching after only a few days, they replaced it, no problem. Latest purchase a CPL, MCUV and lenscap in a nice pouch. Everythings always nicely packaged and pouches and bags look luxurious, but most important it's great quality stuff for reasonable prices

If I could give 10 stars I would. Sunday 5 days ago I ordered a digital camara for birthsgift to my grandchild. I saw that the camara came from China, and were afraid not to have the camara before the birthsday. I wrote to the company and ask If they had the camara in the stock in Germany, and the feed back was that there was one pcs. in Germany, and would send it from there, and further give me 10 % back. Today I got the camara and it looks good. We have not used it yet. But if that is not service, what is ? I will recommand this company to everyone

De filterset werd snel geleverd en is heel degelijk. Het magnetisch systeem werkt heel gemakkelijk.

Er lidt skuffet over at de udstiller sig som værende en dansk virksomhed når varerne kommer fra Kina.
Jeg troede på at de 3-5 arbejdsdage i leveringstid var til at regne med - men lige nu står jeg og skal til en barnedåb - og har ingen gave - da den stadig ikke er kommet efter 7 hverdage.

Siden er fra Kina varerne er fra Kina, jeg modtog defekt vare, hvorefter jeg tog kontakt og efter mails frem og tilbage med billeder video, afslutter de det til sidst med at "fabrikken" ikke mener der er noget galt og jeg ville refundere hvorefter de kvittere med at ville give 15% rabat, for at undgå retur vare og de giver en retur adresse til et europæisk hotel i et kinesisk distrikt.
Vil stærkt råde andre til at holde sig væk herfra.
