I thought the same as you… such a low rating but the prints look so good?

Reluctantly, I went ahead and ordered. I’m so glad I did. I was explained that there had been a death in the family of who runs the business. Honestly, I could empathise and when that happens you wouldn’t care about your customers or your business (you wouldn’t either and that’s NORMAL).

The prints came perfect (see pictures), and the quality of the paper I would feel!

Lastly, very reasonable priced.

Do go ahead and order, 99% sure you won’t be disappointed!

Edit - I received a fast response via the online chat service and an even better resolution that I'd hoped for. I'd be prepared to order again in the hope I was perhaps just unlucky on this occasion.
Positives:
Delivery was pretty quick
Good range of prints available
Competitive prices when special offers applied
Negatives:
Quality of the prints are substandard. (2 out of 4 of mine looked like I'd don't them myself at home. The other 2 were acceptable but not brilliant)
No customer service - I emailed to convey my dissatisfaction the day after I received my prints and have yet to receive a response from them.
Overall I'm not very impressed especially considering that they've not even had the decency to respond to my complaint.
I'm all for supporting small business which is partly why I opted to use this company in the first place but on this occasion that has not been a wise decision!

The posters I received are nothing like whats advertised on their website. The blurred gold collection is not metallic or reflective like the posters on the website. They are dull & bleary. I won't be hanging them, they are awful. Waited almost two months to receive. So disappointed. UPDATE : Dionne was lovely to deal with & I received a refund upon receipt of my returned goods.

I have since removed my previous review and upgraded the rating. Initially I had been sent my prints and had a several missing. Getting through in the chat was timely, and I had been promised a replacement but it did not arrive. However, I tried again through the online chat, with a huge apology and a promise of next day delivery replacement prints, which did arrive along with an online voucher as a gesture of goodwill

I first checked on trust pilot because I couldn't believe the price of these prints and was apprehensive to purchase due to the low rating. However, I was so glad I went ahead and bit the bullet. Delivery time was exceptional and the prints and even better for such an amazing price. Could not be happier. THANK YOU!

Worried about not receiving my prints due to reading the negative reviews on here after placing my order but they arrived and they are amazing quality! Absolutely love them. Perfect 🫶🏼

Absolutely do not order! Ordered prints and they were not as shown on the website, requested a refund or exchange on multiple occasions of which no one has ever responded to! Save your money and shop elsewhere or be prepared to get ripped off.

Unfortunately for this company, a family member passed away at one of the busiest time of year in retail (mid December), meaning lots of orders were delayed for several weeks. My order arrived today after a 6 week wait, they are gorgeous prints and I am so pleased. I think people need to remember there are more important things going on than some posters being a few weeks late….

Order delayed, still no response from placing order on 16th December. No reply to messages, no reply to emails. Very disrespectful

Do not order. Ordered a month ago. Have sent 3 emails now chasing for an update and no response. Closure date kept changing over Christmas but no response to emails, no prints or no refund

Order places 28 December and still not received ! This company is a scam, do NOT order.

Multiple attempts to contact - no response.

Print never arrived, ordered 13.12.2022 still no contact at all from there, even though I've sent 2 emails to them, no item, no money back...

Do not buy !!

Fabulous prints, great quality and packaging was good. Bought as a gift and my daughter loved them 😊

Never received the package despite it suddenly claiming to be “delivered” 2 months after purchase and the post office said it definitely was never there. Contacted seller on multiple occasions without any response — don’t buy from here if you appreciate your own hard earned money.

Ordered my prints last month. Took over a wk to be dispatched and 2 wks later still no prints. Emailed them to receive an automated email back to say I’d receive an email in 24/48 hours. A week later and still no email. First time using this company and by the looks of it won’t be using again. Very disappointed ☹️

Placed an order on 20/11, still haven't received anything until today! Emailed several times but got no answer!!!
Hopefully I will receive my order by Christmas!

Was sceptical about my order after reading reviews on here. But was kept informed at all times about the status of my order, and delays due to the postage strikes (completely out of the companies control) prints came well packaged and look fab. Thank you.

So happy with the prints! Delivery took a long time but so worth it!
