Forced to get a DUNS number now I get spam. I am forced to use their service in order to sign up for an Apple and Google developer account. I get spam emails that I've already unsubscribed for.

Tar kreditupplysning på pensionärer lite random. Säljer dessa sedan till företag som vill växa.... eller lura gamlingar rättare sagt

Tried to apply for a number online, but the site could not handle my domain name, saying it was invalid; it was not.
I tried to contact them via their website. Impossible unless you are already a customer. I contacted sales, they replied, and 3 weeks later, still waiting for a reply from support.
Google App Store requires a number from them, seriously pathetic choice of them.

Leider haben wir die gleichen Erfahrungen, wie die anderen Bewerter. Die Firma hat auch nach mehrfacher Aufforderung keine zufriedenstellende Auskunft gemäß Artikel 15 DSGVO von Betroffenen bearbeitet. Die deutsche Niederlassung der Firma ist übrigends in Frankfurt am Main.
Die Auseinandersetzung mit der Firma ist sehr zeitaufwendig und zieht sich schon über 2 Monate . Eher ein Fall für die Landesdatenschutzbeauftragten. Unseriöse Methode der Datenerhebung daher auch keine Firma, bei der man Geschäftsdaten einkaufen würde.

Es kommt einfach eine E-Mail, dass die Daten erhoben und erfasst wurden. Ich habe dort niemals Daten hinterlegt.

Definitely the WORST organized company I have ever dealt with. They have really horrible customer support. Like a 5th grader could do better. If I am being very honest. They pull all your public business data and say they own your business information too. And when you call them to simply update your information they create multiple files with multiple duns numbers and mess your credit reporting up 10 ways from Saturday. This company needs to be shut down honestly. They can't do things correctly or accurately and they outsource overseas to people who barely speak English as it is and they are not trained properly at all.

Eftersom jag spärrade mitt kreditkort som jag betalar med på nätet (hittade inte det hemma) så betalade jag på Amazon med faktura. Amazon i sin tur har ett samarbete med Riverty som använder Dun&Bradstreet för att göra kreditupplysningar. Inga konstigheter alls. Ser i Kivra, där det tydligt står vem som begärt upplysningen, att dom begärt upplysningar till och från sedan 2018.

I asked the company to stop processing my data.
They AGREED.
Few weeks later - they are still processing my data.

Worst company ever. How can people rely on them for information? I tried for one month to get a Duns number after paying for expedited service. They asked for more information and sent me a link that ONLY works if you put in your Duns number (ironic - that's what I'm trying to apply for). After emailing and calling for more support, they called to verify me and had the wrong company associated with me (a company I've never heard of). Then they changed my industry code, and I asked them to correct it. I finally get my number and see that it is completely wrong. I called to have them correct it, and I have to fill out a WHOLE new application and wait 15 days. After 6 calls, 3 hour-long chats, I still don't have the report I needed for a large contract due today. Their website sends you in loops and customer service just sends you there not knowing that it doesn't work. Their customer service is bad, their technology is bad and their website is bad.

Support representative could not speak or understand English. Then claims to have verified a telephone number that is disconnected and an address that is no longer valid either.

Har fått ett brev av de som berättar att någon företag i Tysklannd (RIVERTY GMBH) har ansökt om en kreditupplyssning. När jag läser lite längre ner i brevet verkar det handla om Amazon.de. Jag skulle (enligt brevet) har köpt med faktura. När jag kollade med Amazon.de visade det sig att jag under 2023, -24 och -25 inte har gjort beställningar hos Amazon.de och dessutom använder jag mig aldrig av att beställa på faktura. Det här är skumt. Gå inte på detta. Det ser väldig professionell ut i brevet men det är bara för att lura dig på pengar.

I’m trying to file a complaint and can’t even find a good number on the web. But you can find any and every number for sales😡. What I don’t like is they won’t tell you info about your own company and when someone places a negative review but you pay them then they tell you everything. Seems like such a scam! Does anyone have a customer service number for them?

I wish I had checked TrustPilot reviews before signing up for their Plus service. I pay them $150/month for them to never accept any of my evidence showing proof of on-time payments, and who are now in fact dinging my business as being High Risk for reasons I am completely unaware of.

What an insane business model it is to prey on small businesses to make them believe paying this company for an extended business account will help build a positive business credit profile, just to make them jump through hoops trying to submit documentation correctly and then ruin their profile instead.

Kl 8 på morgonen den 11 mars fick jag i Kivra kreditupplyssning fastän jag inte ansökt om något, varken ett lån eller en produkt. Ett företag som hjälper till bedrägerier?

Företag som tar kreditupplysningar utan anledning. Med andra ord, ett mycket oseriöst företag!

The company hard sells you their Concierge Service and then you barely hear a peep from them. They also promise improvements in the ratings but that never materializes.

Sells data to people with marketing restrictions

Vidrigt företag som tar kreditupplysning utan anledning. Jobbar ihop med Norwegian LAB AS. Riktigt bedrägeriföretag.
