Persistent spam emails despite multiple unsubscribe attempts. Company completely ignores customer preferences and privacy choices. Cannot be trusted to respect basic email marketing regulations or customer consent. Avoid if possible.

this company is a scam that will take your money

Don’t give them any of your information. They will email you daily. Even after multiple attempts to unsubscribe from their emails. You’ll still continue to get them.

Ungefragt persönliche Daten speichern und an Dritte weiterleiten, das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Habe bei der Beschwerdestelle Auskunfteien eine Beschwerde gegen D&B eingereicht. Zudem auf der Seite von D&B die Nutzung meiner persönlichen Daten zu Marketing Zwecken untersagt.

I needed DUNS number for my company in Vietnam to register in Google Developer Program. And getting DUNS is advertised as a free service. dnb.com directed me to dnbvietnam.com, their agent in Vietnam. After a week of registration and communication and receiving vague massages, finally they told me they do not support free DUNS. Before I message here, I went to dnb.com to raise my concern, but the support system asks me for the country and send the messages to Vietnam agent!!!
Thank goodness there is Trustpilot.

Ja alltså för det första kan jag inte förstå varför Dun får dåliga betyg för att de gör kreditupplysningar. Läs i brevet vem som har begärt den istället. Det är inte så att det är Dun själva som begär upplysning utan en uppdragsgivare. Breven man får från dom är tydliga och förklarar vad det är frågan om. Intressant att se så många som inte läser vad de faktiskt skriver. Bra information, tydligt men givetvis också skrämmande innan man vet vem som frågat om en.

I have a business and none of supplier has ever reported to this company whether I am paying on time or not but D&B has a very bad score on my company on their website. When I called the support center the agent told that it is all assumption and I need ask my suppliers to report them if I am paying them on time or not. WTF if you don't any information from supplier my credit score should neutral ( no information to display) rather than very bad and I need to push my suppliers to come and use D&B to rate their client. PURE SCAM.

They are crooks. You have to subscribe to renew annually in order to receive a business credit report and they make it difficult to cancel the renewal. You have to call and then they have to make a ticket to call you back within 48 hours. It is intentionally complicated to prevent you from cancelling. If you use the chatbot for help, they send you a link and cutoff the chatbot assistance. It is so obvious that they developed a complicated process on purpose.

I think this might be the worst service I have ever experienced in 25 years of life. Everything, top down, is broken. They have the wrong information for my business, and I am trying to update it, but the website, login, DUNS number, business information, all of it is broken. Glitchy, and useless. Absolute crooks. Pathetic that this company is used as some type of industry standard. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I began to receive SPAM on an email account where SPAM is virtually non-existent.
So like a switch, I went from no SPAM to maybe 10 emails per day.
I did some research and found D&B were responsible, and asked them to desist.
This has now dropped to 3-6 per day, and D&B have blocked me so I cannot contact them.
They take money to SPAM people - selling our details to third parties, and then don't take responsibility for their actions.
I wouldn't use them for anything - but I look forward to the compensation that is due.

This is not okay with me. You do a task for them, like I did, and then they ask for a deposit from you. I see that other people here complained about this too. I can confirm it is true. The email is provided above.

Beyond terrible company. Completely unbelievable that apple and google forces devs to use it.

This company has sent an email to my personal work email address, this is unacceptable in my eyes. I never gave this company any of my details so not sure how they have managed to obtain my personal work email and details!

Sicherlich eine spannende Datenbank mit vielen Filtermöglichkeiten und wertvollen Informationen zu Unternehmen weltweit. Der Anwender wird allerdings mit den DSGVO Bestimmungen alleine gelassen, denn er darf diese Daten streng genommen gar nicht verwenden. Schon gar nicht im Businessbereich. Eine andere unschöne Erfahrung ist der angebliche kostenlose 7 Tage-Testzeitraum, der auf der Webseite promoted wird. Man kann ihn allerdings nicht einfach freischalten und testen, sondern wird von einem Vertriebsmitarbeiter angerufen, der einem die Datenbank dann vorstellt. Von Testen kann hier nicht die Rede sein. Darauf angesprochen heisst es nur lapidar, dass man ja im Rahmen des Anrufs testen kann. Wie das mit den 7 Tagen hinkommen soll, wird nicht verraten. Ausserdem sei es eine Aktion aus den USA, die es in Deutschland so nicht gibt. Angeboten wird sie trotzdem, was natürlich zu Reklamationen und Enttäuschungen auf Kundenseite führt. Scheint aber egal zu sein und wird in Kauf genommen von der Deutschen Geschäftsführung. Schade
