I am happy to recommend Doble bathrooms. We have had excellent service right from our first tentative visit to the showroom through to purchase and delivery of equipment, sanitary ware and accessories. Staff were friendly and professional – notably Blake, Aaron and Barry – and took time to advise us what we needed, as well as what wouldn’t be suitable for our installation. Their recommended installer was excellent, and the work was finished on time and within agreed budget. I would not hesitate to use Doble again. Very pleased with our new bathroom.

I asked Dobles to order some replacement cartridges for my bath taps. Not only did they order them for me from Vado, they also ascertained that the tap was still under warranty so the cartridges were free. They were dispatched in afew days.It is so good to have such a great local bathroom store. We have used them for many years to supply new showers , sinks and toilets and they are always so helpful.

Aaron was extremely helpful in getting me some replacement ceramic cartridges for a bathroom basin tap that was leaking and was still under warranty. He contacted the manufacturer for me and had the replacements posted directly to me to save me the inconvenience of visiting the shop to pick them up. Great customer service, would highly recommend this company.

Doble Bathrooms were the supplier for two bathrooms that I've refurbished in the past few years. They have a super selection of products, very welcoming showroom, and worked very well with my builder.
I recently had a problem with the seal on the bath they supplied and after I asked them for advice they sprang into action, arranging for the manufacturer to send me a replacement seal very quickly and free of charge, despite it being a couple of years ago at least.

Excellent service from initial visit on off chance into shop, then several advice meetings with Aaron focusing on our requirements through to after sales service a year afterwards when I needed to contact the manufacturer about something. Aaron is extemely knowledgable about the wide range of products available and, more particularly, gives impartial objective advice rather than trying to upsell. Would recommend the experience as well being above standard of more expensive shops located in the region.

Came across this shop on a bank holiday when many others were closed and I am so incredibly glad I did. Incredible knowledge and customer service, amazing show room and really competitive pricing against internet companies where you have to take your chances. Save yourself time and hassle and just go straight there.

I was not sure what I needed. Sales Manager Aaron patiently explained the options, checked my measurements and came up with some great ideas for making the best of the available space in my very small bathroom.
My tatty old bath has been replaced with an elegant shower enclosure complete with a digital shower which signals when the water is up to temperature. No more getting doused in that first icy jet!
And the sleek, modern toilet has opened up more floor area making the room feel much bigger.
I feel like I'm living in a luxury hotel now.

Above and beyond! Our shower pump just broke,and Vado said they needed proof of purchase I could not find the invoice,but Aaron at Dobles could! Scanned and emailed straight away.

We’ve been to Doble for all our bathrooms in our new house and from start to finish they’ve been fantastic!

Aaron and Blake have both been amazing helping us plan out our bathrooms. They made the process so easy and were so knowledgable when going through all the various brands, layouts and options with us. They even provided a 3D CAD model for what our latest bathroom would look like to help us choose the finishes of all the bathroom accessories, which was so helpful!

Their after sales support is also worth mentioning as we had a couple of issues where items had been missing or damaged during delivery. Barry sorted absolutely everything out for us and removed all the stress from the bathroom installation, which was massively appreciated!

We would highly recommend Doble and we’ll certainly be back for any future bathrooms!

Very helpful over the phone (Blake) - really went the extra mile to help me find a spare part for the bathroom I bought from them 3 years ago. Would definitely recommend if you are are buying a new bathroom. I have bought 2 suites from them and will go back again when I replace another bathroom. Great service really stands out as there is so much average service out there these days. Thank you.

Came across this company whilst trying to source a specific bath.
They quoted a very keen price so I ordered without delay.
The bath was delivered on time but had unfortunately been damaged in transit.
They immediately arranged a replacement and throughout the experience kept me informed.
Wow what a breath of fresh air, a company providing excellent customer care. I thoroughly recommend them.

Ordered bath panel on the Wednesday it wasn’t in stock like hen’s teeth these things got a phone call on Thursday saying it would be 2-3 weeks came back to me half an hour later sourced one at one of their suppliers & it would be delivered on Friday

Clive Holmes my bathroom installer set me up with Doble Bathrooms. Clive had given Aaron at Doble a list of my requirements, I made an appointment and very little effort I put together what I liked. At Doble’s there is a vast array of different fittings, but with Arron’s guidance I selected my designs. It was all very easeful and I felt confident in my choices. Over the five days of Clive’s installation I saw the actual bathroom take shape…the end result is great! It’s an amazing feeling when it’s all complete, not just a image in a catalogue or a code number on your invoice. It is my dream bathroom made real by Doble Bathrooms and Clive Holmes, applause for the professionals.

Excellent knowledge from the salesman, high quality store and an all round great experience. I will be recommending Doble to anyone that is thinking about getting a bathroom in the future
