I got salmonella

I found the pace of the transition from one pose to the next a bit rushed, especially when having to hook Stretch bands round my ankles. I also got, in a couple of instructions, directions that I was not able to understand exactly what they meant I was doing wrong. Being nagged every time I did it wrong and not knowing exactly how to fix it did get rather wearing. Very clever App though.

DocHQ ensured commitment by AI tec . My daily log in and pre set exercises were monitored and performance rated for the physio’s assessment .
I think it is a genius way of making sure you are not wasting the physios time in not committing to the programme.
My exercises were adapted to suit my needs which can all be done through the contact point all linked in to the email .

Very helpful tool to demonstrate the exercises, and it made me do the exercises regularly and for length of time required. Sometimes the AI didn’t pick up the movements, I found wearing all dark colours helped. For floor exercises I had to lower phone camera position and other exercises camera was at tabletop

The fact that it was so quick to get set up - the day I saw the physio at the doctors for something else. The ease of setting things up and I was to get straight on with the exercises. A phone call from the team to check I was able to set it up etc. The exercises were exactly what WBA’s needed and it great to see how I was doing with them.

I have been doing on-line exercises using this for three months now. Exercises great but sometimes the female voice is a bit aggressive sounding or condescending ! Otherwise fine.

I have increased my previous rating to 3 because after some time I was able to rebook my appointment at no extra cost. There is a problem with the internal system that tells the doctor that you have not connected to your video call even when you have clicked on the link sent to you.

Process to take rapid test was brilliant. However on completion I had a small query and sent an e-mail, left a voice message and did not receive any response whatsoever. Phoning just gave me 3 options and in each case I was diverted to a voicemail box. Poor after sales spoilt what would have been a great experience
