Email link didn't work at first - use a PC
Test kits arrived quickly and email reminders were good.
However, when we tried to use the link in the email on an iPad using Edge or a phone using Edge, there was a message saying that this browser was not supported, only Edge, Chrome etc were supported. Even when we used a pc the link didn't work at first. A different link was sent by email then it worked fine,
Overall a reasonable service but stressful when the link didn't work on 3 different types of device.
