I organized appointments for my mother and grandmother to have their PCR test at DocTap at the Broadway Stratford. We arrived early and they were seen straight away. At every point of the process we were sent emails. Whole process took less than 24hours. Received results and fit to fly certificate for an excellent price of £49.00 each. Will use DocTap when my partner and I travel.

I’m hugely grateful for my consultations with Dr L Kumar. She is a very committed GP with a wealth of experience . She is passionate about medicine , and compassionate and proactive . As a health professional myself it is not always easy to be a patient , but Dr Kumar helped me so much , she referred me promptly to a specialist and am making a full recovery . Fantastic, on-time and convenient

Super glad I found this place. It couldn’t have been easier. We needed Rapid Antigen tests for our return yo Canada (via the US). I made three bookings at 11:45 and then we hopped in a taxi to the London Bridge location for our appointment at 12:30. We were in an out in 15 mins and had our results 45 mins later. All for £29 each. This was a good smooth service for a fair price. Highly recommended.

I work for a large UK owned company based in South Africa and it was my first time using DocTap. I came across them quite by accident but it proved to be the best "accident" as the booking and payment process was easy and efficient from start to finish. Honestly, thank you for all your kindness. I’ve never been treated with so much respect in a GP since the moment I arrive at the reception, to the appointment and until the moment I left. It made me feel valued and that my concerns were 100% valid. The doctors have always heard my concerns with full attention and dedication. I do believe that this should be the standard that everyone should have available. I couldn’t feel happier and reassured about my concerns and the service provided has just been absolutely mouth dropping to me. I am impressed with such kindness and dedication, professionalism, attention and above all respected as everyone should be and we are all aware that doesn’t happen often at the GP’s (at least the ones I’ve been so far, public and private. Not to mention that sometimes you go to a GP and end up leaving with even more questions/ doubts in your head which wasn’t the case with DocTap). I’ve left with all my concerns absolutely clarified and they were extremely helpful.
I really do appreciate such a good service and it is much worth the price you pay for your appointment too. MUCH worth it. Not to say that I was treated with dignity.

I had to take a pcr covid test after arrival to UK in December 2021, the last possible test that day, but my plane was delayed and wrote to them for heads up. They replied promptly and explained that if I am more than 15min late, I will miss that day's collection. However, they also suggested possible alternatives. In the end the plane landed on time despite being late to depart, I made to my test in time and that also was as pleasant experience as a test could be. And the test results came sooner than the designated time. Very happy about the customer service.

Very responsive and quickly dealt with my issue ( a double booking) and arranged a refund

This was such a godsend especially when the rules for entering the country i was flying to changed in such a short period of time.

They were easy to find, the test was completed in minutes, booking was a breeze, and.. they're available on sundays- which was great as i was flying the next day and i needed to do an antigen test 1 day before i flew out.
For East London Travellers - if you're looking for a place to quickly undergo a test, and open on sundays - this is a good place get it done.

I needed a PCR test performed within 48hrs of travelling to be able to go on holidays. I did my PCR test at DocTap London Bridge testing centre and I got a positive result back from them the next day.
I have been testing myself using lateral flow tests everyday that week and all of these tests were negative so I went to do a free NHS PCR test at a walk in centre on the same day. That came back negative the next day. I also went to another testing centre to do an express PCR test and that also came back negative.
It is clear the PCR test I did at DocTap testing centre was faulty and gave a false positive test because I did another 2 PCR tests after that one and both were negative. It gave me so much stress because I thought I will have to cancel my holidays and loose a lot of money I already paid towards it. Additionally, I had to get an expensive express PCR test to be able to still make my flight.
Don’t get tested at this centre if you need a fit to fly certificate because you are risking having a lot of stress before your holiday and spending a lot of money on the PCR tests.

I needed to confirm what was needed when attending DocTap for a PCR test, I sent an email and the response was quick and informative. Thank you
