Excellent service, visit this place

I would like to thank Isobel for her prompt response tonight and resolution to a mistake i made whilst booking my pre travel test. The service was great!

I tried to change our covid test appointments and was unable to, so I contacted Doc Tap via email and received a reply from Jessica Cueto. I was so happy Ms. Cueto was able to change our appts and such a fast response. I was incredibly happy with the service, from booking online and the email experience... and I will recommend!

Excellent expérience. I was running a little bit late and when I got there they were all cleaned up and ready to close. But Tracy helped me out. Very professional and friendly!

I have had a very good experience with DocTap, starting from my first query to setting up the appointment, sampling, results and Invoicing

I had such an easy time booking an RT-PCR test with DocTap for my husband and myself as a requirement for travel. Instructions were sent through email and were very clear. We arrived a few minutes before appointment time and were served immediately by the friendly healthcare professionals in full PPE. I also like the fact that it is an outdoor setting. We booked the same day PCR and expected the results to come much later in the night but they beat all expectations as the results were in our inbox before 7 pm. We were also updated every step of the way. Fantastic job! So happy we chose DocTap. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at DocTap London Bridge. Our family of 7 went for Covid tests to return to the US. We made an error with the booking and Tracy couldn’t have been more helpful, patient and pleasant sorting it out for us. She made a stressful situation very bearable. I went to get a pcr test. The staff stuck the swab down my throat and I vomited. I told him you're meant to brush it against the tonsils. He said "what are tonsils?".
Won't ever be using this company again

I had a COVID-19 PCR testing (results the next day) for a flight out of the UK done with Doctap. Booking an appointment with them was easy and payment process straightforward. When I showed up on time, there was a separate line to Doctap and John Bell own testing point, with former taking a notch longer, but I gave my sample on time (in the morning). After that I have been promptly informed via email about every update until I received my certificate the following night. Totally endorse.

DocTap responded quickly and very kindly allowed us to move an appointment due to a medical emergency even though we were out of the usual window. They moved it for us twice and had a lovely manner to deal with. Thank you!

We booked day-2 tests for a family get away in London. We had to postpone our trip twice and in the meantime UK Covid rules changed also twice. The whole process with DocTap (booking, rescheduling, cancelling) was easy, comfortable and fast. It is refreshing to receive such exquisite service. Booked easily at good price and perfect location. Better still, when we cancelled due to regulation changes they refunded our money at once and with no fuss. We'll be sure to use them again.

Very good service and super fast. The test location for the outward journey was easy to find, and the result cam through within half an hour. The Day 2 test was a self-test, with clear instructions and the result was almost instananeous (two minutes!)
