Doctorum is a platform supported by selected UK-accredited subspecialist radiologists, able to access and report radiological imaging in all subspecialties including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET CT, Ultrasound, DEXA, X-Rays, Interventional Radiology & Mammography. The organisation is led by system-specific radiologists including neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, interventional ('pinhole surgery') radiologists and dual accredited molecular imaging specialists. Doctorum specialises in providing written second opinions on previous (NHS & private) imaging including pre-medicolegal assessment, but also offers subspecialist reports for NHS scans that have finally been performed yet are taking weeks to months to be reported. The platform can assist with retrieving medical imaging from any facility in the UK using the Image Exchange Protocol, and sending images anywhere in the world with Internet access. Urgent reports as well as report auditing are also available by agreement.

I had contacted Doctorum to have some images (CT & MRI) reviewed.
I asked to have a second opinion. Tony arranged for the best consultants to do this. I eventually had two crystal clear reports explaining everything and clarifying all my questions.
Response time to questions was like lightening, absolutely fantastic communications. Without doubt 5 stars all the way. Polite, courteous and very helpful. Will use again and would recommend their services to anyone. This is how it should be and very reasonably priced. I received quick and detailed reports on my scans. Then further questions I had were all answered clearly in a timely manner

Mammogram Review

Wonderful service
From the first phone call to receipt of the overview of my NHS MRI scan, excellent service from start to finish. After waiting over 12 weeks for my scan to be reviewed by a consultant within the NHS and nothing forthcoming, I requested the scan results be sent directly to myself. This was actioned within 30 days. I sent the digital images to Doctorium and after speaking with Dr Tony, he promised that a specialist within the company would have a clinical assesment within 72hours.
I actually received the report within 48 hours. Fabulous service and I would highly recommend.

In order to travel
In order to travel, I needed the results of my CT scan that taken by the NHS as soon as possible. I was told about Doctorum and spoke with Dr Tony, who reassured me he would retrieve and the reults and report within a few days, which he did.

I had a very good experience recently…
I had a very good experience recently when I wanted some reassurance and a second opinion on some CT scans.
Dr Tony Lopez made sure that they were sent through to the most appropriate specialist and I had a report back within 24 hours.
I also had some follow up questions and Dr Lopez went out of his way to ensure I got them answered promptly.
Very competitively priced.
A service like this can give you peace of mind without having to wait.

Second opinion on my mammogram
Can’t recommend this company enough. Dr Tony was amazing. I needed his opinion on a mammogram scan I’d had. He discovered that the NHS had missed a 2cms cancerous mass I had and I’m now taking the matter further. He accessed my mammogram images as I was unable to forward them to him because of my terrible digital ability and after forwarding his report to me he telephoned me from America to make sure I understand the report!! AMAZING

Everything healthcare should be
Tony and the whole team at Doctorum are amazing.
As a healthcare worker and a patient I got the level of care, kindness and compassion I wasn’t expecting. Report turnaround times were extremely quick. Tony guided me through the whole process, responding very quickly even on evenings and weekends.

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended
I cannot fault this company who i turned to after a very poor MRI report from the company who carried out the scan. I submitted the images i was provided with for a second opinion and was absolutely blown away by their speed, professionalism and 5 star service. Very competitively priced as well which is always a bonus!

I highly recommend doctorum - Dr Lopez organises everything so quickly and is very helpful. I have a complex case medically and asked doctorum to provide a second opinion on my scans - Dr Hatrick provided very detailed reports with correlation to my clinical symptoms. Absolutely amazing service
Tony and his team have been amazing. I have been waiting for the NHS to get back to me about my MRI images and to stop any further delay I reached out. Tony was prompt in his reply, the price was more than reasonable and the report came back only a few days later. If ever I have another delay, I will be getting in touch again.
