I used the template to prepare a contract to sell a vehicle to a buyer using installment payments. I was able to edit and perfect the document as needed, and it was very easy to use. The wording of the document was very professional and covered every angle, and even some that I had not previously considered. It was very useful and effective.

Prompt resolution when I discovered I had started a duplicate subscription
I used Documentify to create a Medical POA form for a family member, cancelled my trial subscription, and was correctly billed $1.99. A few days later, I created a separate account for that family member, created a document again, and FORGOT to cancel the subscription. 5 weeks later I was upset to see the monthly charges for my loved ones subscription show up on my credit card bill. Ernesto P. at Documentify patiently worked with me by email to find out what happened and resolve the issue. I learned the hard way to keep track of trying out a new company using a "free trial." I recommend trying out Documentify but to cancel if you don't want to keep paying $39.99 a month for Premium service.

Great Customer Support
I only used them for one document as that’s all I needed. Requested cancellation the same day online and received notification immediately that I had cancelled subscription.
I had question about Notary and was able to work with customer support, Ernesto, who was wonderful and was able to tell me what to do for it to be legal in Florida. Needed two witnesses!
Would highly recommend and use again!

Outstanding customer service
I mistakenly signed up for a premium monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund, the response was immediate and, to my pleasant surprise, they refunded my payment in full and cancelled the monthly subscription for me. In today’s world, getting prompt customer service like that has become the exception versus the rule. Thank you for following through on your claim of providing outstanding customer service. I will certainly use your services again!

Not free. They tried to charge my card and were denied by my bank. Received a new card. Then, 2 weeks later, they tried on a card I never submitted to them. Are they monitoring key strokes because I accessed their system just once?
