I like the simplicity of getting a custom document or one that's already made up for a template for business affairs really easy. Great job. I also like that you can customize one if seeded. Great customer service, if you contact them, they take care of things and get back to you very promptly. As a good company should and you don't have to wait or argue. They'll answer any question that you need. I would definitely recommend this company for your future needs.. Ernesto is great if to get him.

Good Customer Service
I used their service to get an outline for a bill of sale and didn’t clearly see that I was signing up for a subscription after 7 days. I was frustrated to see a withdrawal from my account after that and immediately reached out. I heard back within an hour on a Sunday afternoon and the issue was resolved with a refund of the deducted amount, the representative was very understanding and hopefully I will see the refund in my account soon.

Scumbags built a business model around…
Scumbags built a business model around hiding a $40 recurring fee in the fine print of a $2 transaction. Luckily my CC company flagged it as fraud, but it's still a pain in the ass to have to get a new card and update my retail accounts. It's an indictment on Trustpilot that they are able to astroturf their way to a 4.5 star rating. Look at BBB for the actual reviews.

Paid a small fee for rent agreement document. This was all I required and was able to cancel the monthly subscription easily. I did not require anything further in this line.

I
Misplaced the title for a motorcycle that I recently sold, so we needed to quickly put together a bill of sale and decided to use Documentify. The process only took a couple of minutes and our document is legal for
our state. This completely satisfied the buyer until a duplicate title was delivered . I highly recommend this service for all sorts of documents that are needed in a hurry. Be mindful that there is a window of time to cancel, otherwise, a monthly subscription fee will be charged to your cc. Cancelling is it quick and painless.

The form I needed was easily identifiable from the choices available. It coached me through the form clarifying what would help to make it less ambiguous so the agent acting in my behalf could be confident in the choices being made. Customer service rep, Ernesto Padilla, replied very quickly to my questions regarding the one time pay option and guided me through the download process. A very positive experience. I will use this company again if/when needed.
