Reece took on my house purchase and guided me through the process with realistic timeframes for completion. We faced a few hurdles but Reece maintained great communication and updated me regularly providing me with options to see a way through. The whole process can be rather stressful and I was quite naive about not needing a mortgage advisor but thankfully Reece was very patient and willing to explain the steps in layman's terms and pin pointing certain sticking points in the contract documentation.

Reece was amazing from start to finish throughout both our sale and purchase. She was always prompt with her responses, and even when she wasn’t available, a member of her team was on hand to help.

She kept us regularly updated and informed throughout the whole process, taking away much of the stress that can come with moving house. Her professionalism, efficiency and support made the entire experience so much easier.

I would not hesitate to use Jones & Co Solicitors again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and supportive team.

Would not recommend this company. It has taken over a year and a half to complete mine and my husbands P.O.A.s. They misspelled neices name twice. They then have misspelled it for a third time but apparently that does not matter in that particular part.Communication is very poor by telephone or email. I wish I had done it online.

My experience with Jones&co was exceptional, from start to finish of the buying and selling process.
I was kept informed by Reece Wall and her team throughout the process and found they were both professional and efficient in delivering a successful completion.

The solicitors were great at looking after us with the sale of my late father's house ,the whole team explained everything that needed to be done and Reece was brilliant at her job

I was told by the solicitor that he did not want to take my money off me.
And would not fight my case with Bassetlaw
Law. Housing Department.
The last comment from this solicitor was
Bassetlaw are a nightmare.
Push me towards Citzen advice.
Said the same to the lady that before myself.

Faced with a time-sensitive legal matter, I was able to access an expert in the field within 24hrs of my initial contact. The process was explained to me in great detail which avoided any unnecessary anxiety and delay. Within 48hrs my position was clear and the matter was well down the path of resolution. I received updates, even though the period of time was relatively short, which kept my confidence high. From start to successful conclusion, I felt that I was in very capable, and importantly empathetic, hands throughout.

Very unprofessional,shocking communication and every time you need to speak to your solicitor obout somthing there “working from home”,the procedure for buying or selling anything is so slow it’s painful.will never use again.

Excellent and efficient service

Andrew Bevan is absolutely first class. I was very happy with his advice.

Probate matters very poorly handled. As joint excecutor on my mother in law's estate I thankfully took the initiative to close accounts etc and produce the accounts for the estate . The lawyer I was dealing with was relatively inexperienced and made number of mistakes, was not proactive and lacked a lot of common sense that the resulted in the estate being would up far slower than expected. Also redid the accounts in a different format which was completely unneccesary as I have experience at winding up two other estates in the last few years. I did about 75% of the work and the fees charged in my view were extortionate compared to what other lawyers have charged for similar work where I have been an executor. I challenged this and got no reply which says it all!

From initial start of the process the service recieved was outstanding..clear and effective communication and extremely helpful.

My employment circumstances changed very suddenly and I required legal advice to review a redundancy settlement over a very tight timescale.
