Set up my dog for training. Brittany was such an amazing help! Very thorough with all the information and very easy to communicate with on the phone about everything. I had a really easy time getting all the information needed with such a kind and helpful person!

The training provided has been so beneficial in training my doodle. We have been doing the trainings a week and with repetition daily she’s doing so well. The guidance from step by step and videos has been essential to our training. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Brittany was excellent! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Starting off I had the sweetest most patient person stay on the line with me named Brittany in sales who reassured me of everything that’s done in the training program. She understood I was sketchy due to a past issue with another dog place and answered all my questions perfectly to have me feel it was the best option and went out of her way to make me her first costumer of the day so I was able to make the payment for my dog. The entire process went smoothly which is something I always look for when reviewing an industry to say the least. Brittany ensured they met all my expectations and had the service I needed even coming to my home to train my dog and having me there along side her. Brittany was one of the best people I had met in costumer service and I’m so happy she had been the person to pick up that phone. I cannot wait to see the progress for my dog I’m really excited I’ve made this decision.

Easy to get my question answered and get support during training.

He was very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to talk to him on the phone because he is very polite. I know that when he's doing the planning and scheduling, that he has my dog in mind. He's enthusiastic. I love everything about him (Damien Russell_). I hardly give a review; I only do that if I am very satisfied with the service and he sure did it very well.

Damian Russell. Was extremely knowledgeable. Super helpful. He really cares about his job. Something that really stuck with me is him saying that he is passionate about his job because it’s a dogs life that gets saved. If that is not Gods work I don’t know what is.
