For the coffee connoisseur, this subscription is perfect. Each month is like Christmas, some delicious coffees, beautifully packaged with lots of great info on each coffee.
This isn't a company. This is a family that love coffee and love sharing it with their subs. Exceptional customer service as well as FB to discuss all the coffees and get any questions answered.

I have always tried to find some amazing coffees through research, and have also tried other subscriptions before I found Dog & Hat. Since finding them around 2 years ago now however I’ve never had a coffee that hasn’t surprised me or surpassed my expectations. They clearly spend a lot of time researching, sampling and tasting all their coffees as they have had some amazing, some obscure but always delightful tasting coffee from all around the world and not just from the UK scene. Every month I receive a very well and neatly packaged box of my coffee with an amazing booklet that not only has the usual taste notes but also lots of information from the roasters as well as farmers with lots on origin, sourcing and processing that really gives a valuable insight into your coffee. On a few occasions I have asked questions, it asked for something slightly different from my usual subscription choice and they have always been quick to respond and always extremely helpful. Looking for a subscription, why would you not want to try them?

Where do I start?

Dog&hat are really passionate about what they do. They're always available with queries, provide an interesting booklet each month for the coffees they are showcasing, are flexible about what you order and how you pay (you're not tied in for example) and their coffees are some of the best around, from different roasters each month. Absolutely worth the money and a great gift for a coffee nut to boot.

The Dog and Hat team put a lot of effort and thought into selecting their roasters, the standard is excellent. The arrival of our monthly subscription is always something to look forward to. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, it is clear that they care deeply and will always go the extra mile.

A superb service. Fantastic well thought selection of coffees. Excellent write up and insight into the roasters and the source of the beans. A very customer oriented approach with a Facebook group in regular contact. Easy to get in contact with the team, fast responses. I am more than satisfied with this and look to continue, as well as expand my subscription.

Great selection of coffees that arrive on time each month. I really enjoy how varied the coffees that I get to try with Dog & Hat are. Would highly recommend to any coffee enthusiast.

Really awesome company. I work in a cafe but I still order my monthly coffee package from dog and hat. The coffees are all different and really interesting. They source coffee from independent roasteries all over. Along with the coffee, they write a little booklet that gives useful Info about the different coffee beans included and some info about the dudes that roast the coffee too. I find it really interesting. The service is also really responsive, kind and helpful. I couldn’t recommend dog and hat more highly!

I really love my wee coffee subscription.
Not an aficionado of coffee at all but they all taste great. Delivery is reliable and easy and the cost per bag is basically the same (or maybe even a little cheaper) than buying high quality stuff from a deli.
Getting the different coffees has been a bit of a birght light during lockdown. 10/10 would recommend

I was one of the early adopters of the subscription, Su and Dave offer such a great service, a great selection of coffee and the support is second to none. Unlike most stuff I've subscribed to the range is consistently good, and it's just full bags of great coffee not loads of filler tat.

I've found it easy to add to or reduce the number of coffees sent (unlike some other subscriptions I've been part of where amending stuff requires a degree in politics and law! And I'm not sure why anyone would want less coffee!)

The sense of being part of a community is brilliant, with well curated groups to discuss the coffee, free from coffee snobbery and full of useful support.

Su and Dave are clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of coffee. And the value is exceptional too. I don't think I've ever subscribed to anything for so long, as usually quality seems to drop off, but dog&hat just keeps getting better and better, with some of the best roasters in the world, niche coffees and great service.

I’d had a single roaster sub for years and though the bean variety was exceptional there was definitely a similarity between bags. So I researched subs that provided coffee from different roasters. Why didn’t I do it earlier? Yes, very occasionally, I get a coffee I’m not a huge fan of but more often than not I get an absolute gem. Without a sub like this I’d never have discovered such a variety of beautiful coffees.
What makes D&H so awesome is their personal customer service. I’ve had occasional, limited time, changes to subscription (eg caff to decaf, bag numbers, etc) and the team has always been accommodating. Those changes are often met with a hand written note in their monthly literature. As they get bigger those notes may die out but I know that behind the business is a team that cares.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Dog and Hat. the coffee is terrific, the customer service is top notch, and the small details in the package, like stickers and the dialled in magazine, make the experience even more special!!

I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now. I've always had the best coffee, delivered straight to my door. Perfect service.

I have a 1kg per month sub which does me just fine for what I drink. There's lots of options to suit your own personal needs, so it's definitely worth a look around the website to see what would work best.

The best part of Dog^, aside from the coffee, is the people who run it. Su and Dave put everything into the subs to make sure you receive the best coffee from all over the world. They produce a monthly newsletter telling you all about the coffee in the box, as well as other news going on with dog&hat.

I have been with Dog and Hat since they started the subscription service. Always excellent coffee and from a wide variety of sources which I would probably never try otherwise. I always look forward to the monthly coffee parcel. Recommended

Great service, sending some incredible coffees monthly supporting independent roasters and the specialty coffee as a whole. Offers various subscription packages at reasonable prices. The customer service has been excellent, Jo (one of the owners) always goes above and beyond expectations answering all my questions.

I have been getting coffee from Dog & Hat for about a year now. I receive 4 different coffees every month, and they are an excellent selection. I used to buy the same 2 or 3 coffees all the time and found coffee getting boring. My Dog & Hat subscription has been wonderful and I look forward to my box of coffee arriving every month.
