Absolute Scammers. Avoid at all costs!
Absolute Scammers preying on good people. You pay a small amount for a (terrible) course and they keep charging yo. They claim to be transparent, but are anything but transparent. Transparency would be an email letting you know when a USD$50 monthly charge was about to be taken from your card. But no, they are hoping you'll miss it, as I did for 10 months. Avoid at all costs!

This organization is run by a bunch of scumbags with no regard for their customers.
I signed up for the service last year and quickly stopped using it as soon as I realized how bad it was. The trainers were often times contradicting each other and themselves and it was useless.
They then charged me another $120 recently and when I reached out for a refund they were horrible and still denied the refund even without proof I was using the service.
Terrible dog training and terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up because clearly everyone else feels the same way. The whole thing is a money grab.

I had the service and when my dog passed even though the service will no longer be used they refused to refund when the renewal went through. They kept saying that it does not meet their criteria for a refund. Just 6 days after renewal

There are many commands
There are many commands, an interesting approach, plus my adult trained dog - and a great opportunity to note what commands my dog already knows, and what can, so as not to be distracted by them in the course in the future...

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Do not use this company noticed they have been taking £49.99 each month fir a subscription I would NEVER had agreed to in the first place at that price! Trying to get them to unsubscribe is a ball ache! They just sent emails trying to give you a lower payment subscription. Never had they emailed me about upcoming payments like legitimate companies do. Have threatened legal action if they don't unsubscribe and take any more payments. Total rip off for a service I never even used!

Found this program by accident
Found this program by accident. Very varied and leads to interesting discussions with my spouses. Great tips and tricks, very convenient and fun. My dog feels better and is more focused on me. He is also much more obedient.
