Do not buy.. Customer service is atrocious

Customer service is atrocious, don't buy into their money back guarantee, their methods are poor and you only have 30 days from purchase and need to prove they are rubbish. Also they will take money from your account to re-subscribe so ensure you don't get caught in their trap as they will absolutely refuse to refund this awful company, terrible product and the worst customer service I have experienced... ever!

Je n’ai signé ou accorder aucun contrat avec vous. J’ai réglé en juin 19,99 € c’était juste pour voir quelques séances.
Vous pouvez voir d’ailleurs que depuis le mois de juin, je ne suis pas retourné sur votre site
Par contre, depuis juillet, vous me prélevez 49,99 euros par mois
Je vous en demande le remboursement le plus rapidement possible ainsi que d’arrêter immédiatement vos prélèvements Qui seront désormais refusés

If I could give zero I would.

I am appalled by this company's lack of customer service and care.

Like others I too fell for the autorenewal to the tune of £119.00

I have reported this company to OFT Gibraltar and have included a link to these reviews as evidence of poor trading practices and lack of customer support or care.

I have not received ANY communication from this company since taking my money.

I cannot recommend

Update: having been in constant contact with customer service and following contact with OFT Gibraltar I have received a full refund. Please be careful if you choose to engage with this company.

Es un fraude, te.aplican renovaciones

Te dan un plan por 6 meses por $49.99 y posteriormente sin previo aviso por correo te cobran "una renovación automatica" y no te quieren devolver nada aunque si te contestan que se toman muy en serio las solicitudes de reembolso no te regresan NADA.
En cualquier empresa seria, si no estas de acuerdo y cancelas de inmediato te regresan el dinero. Pero al.ser un fraude NO TE.REGRESAN NADA.

Leider fällt jeder mal rein. Hier die Firma setzt - meiner Erfahrung nach - auf die klassische Abofalle.
Es wird ein einmaliges abbuchen suggeriert um dann nach einem halbe Jahr mehr Geld einzufordern in meinem Fall 119,99€.
Aktualisierung:
Doggy-Plan hat prüfen lassen, ob ich „echt“ bin. Man kann also davon ausgehen, dass die Dunkelziffer der Doggy-Plan Opfer bei weitem höher ist und diese sich durch die Anfrage abschrecken lassen und die Bewertung dann zurückziehen.
Weiteres Update: Doggyplan hat versucht, mich zu kaufen — kostenlose Nutzung des angebotenen Services, wenn ich die Review lösche.
Sie bleibt natürlich :-)

Awful company.

Awful company.
Paid for what i thought was 3 months of training on special offer, couldn’t even get past 5 minutes in the videos as they were AI generated, it was ridiculous. 3 months later £79.99 was removed from my account with no warning. I contacted doggy plan to get a refund as i had no idea i was in a subscription with them, and i asked for the subscription to be cancelled, never heard anything back and 3 months later here we are again with £79.99 trying to be removed from my account. I’ve had to email again to get it cancelled however from my experience, it seems they ignore your requests and continue to steal money from your account. Absolutely disgusting. Let’s hope it gets cancelled and they refund me, not that i have much hope of that.

SCAM

As others have noted, this is a scam. It is not clear that it is a subscription, otherwise I would have immediately unsubscribed. Customer service is just an automated refund rejection.

Trials automatically roll into plans w/no advance notice - but responsive customer service

I am updating my review to 3 stars, because the company's customer service is very responsive and took my original review seriously. They reached out and asked me how they can make it right, which included discounts and other training materials, along with a refund of the renewal.

I can not (in good conscious) give it higher than a 3-star rating, as I never actually used the service. So I cannot comment on how effective or user-friendly it is. Website seems easy enough to navigate, which is a plus.

I had signed up for a paid trial and after realizing I didn't really have time for it, I had cancelled. Unfortunately, I did not hold onto the cancellation request for the last 5 months. And I had not realized the cancellation was not completed, as I got charged for the next 6 months. (Yes this was my fault for not keeping the confirmation). I reached out again, as I was charged $120. However, it is stated in the Terms of Use:
"A trial subscription provides you access to the Service for a specified period, as it is outlined when you sign up for the trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your access to the Service will automatically continue and it will seamlessly transition into the subscription plan. In such a case you will automatically be charged without further notice."

I was fully expecting to take the $120 hit, since I did not confirm the cancellation several months ago, nor did I hold onto a copy of my request. The fact that they read reviews and reached out makes me feel better. I did ask that they consider changing their methods and start to email customers when renewals are coming up. But I would suggest anyone considering using The Doggy Plan to just mark their calendar for renewals and to hold onto confirmations (if need be).

I did not subscribe to this program

I did not subscribe to this program, but have been charged nearly 3 times for a subscription to a product I’ve never received or accessed. The only emails I’ve received are the payment receipts from PayPal. Beware of this company!

No idea who these guys are

No idea who these guys are. Charged me for 3 months.

Company contacted me and straightened things out. Thank you.

I absolute hate companies that roll over free trials without notice. They know this will happen more often than not. We still don’t know how we ended up subscribed. So a friendly reminder would have gone a long ways to avoiding all this hassle.

Terrible

Terrible. The videos are rubbish AI generated voiced badly mistimed over a seemingly not much related video in another language I think. However, the worst of it is, you sign up to a subscription without realising which is twice the price. Suddenly got a 119.99 bill and the only notification was from PayPal. Nothing from doggy-plan. No reminders, nothing. I had no idea. Hadn't used it for over 5 months.

EDIT. After a little to-ing and fro-ing, I did get a full refund for the surprise payment. I hope they change wording and make it clearer what you are signing up to in future and let you gave a taster of 1 video before you decide to buy so you can see what they actually are like but that's unlikely. Anyway, I have a refund without too much of a fight.

This is a scam

This is a scam. It's unclear from the start that you're purchasing a subscription rather than a one-time training program. I sent an email per the company's cancellation instructions in July. They still charged me for August, September, and October. I emailed again today and threatened litigation. That got a response, and I took a screen shot of the confirmation of cancellation. We shall see if they actually stop charging me or not.

Rip off company

Rip off company. Avoid at all costs. So much for Doggy Plan, more like dodgy plan. They take renewed subscriptions at an inflated cost and don't even email to remind you of the upcoming renewal and just take your money, not giving you a chance to cancel before the renewal date. When you try to get a refund on the same day they say it doesn't comply with there T&Cs. They have just taken £120 off of me for a service I didn't use after the first few days. Absolutely scandalous.

This company is a total scam

This company is BS, I signed up with a new puppy as the price seemed reasonable for an at home plan. There was no indication in the purchasing agreement that it was a subscription and you would be charged $119 USD after 6 months, unless you scroll through a ridiculous amount of fine print. There is no account page on their site so you wouldn't even know you had a payment schedule or the amount due after 6 months. I got charged this morning and their customer service is a complete joke. This company is deceitful and a complete scam. They even indicate in their bs refund policy they are going to charge you without warning, if that doesn't scream FRAUD I don't know what does.

Editing my review, it took some back and forth but I managed to get a refund. Still leaving 1 star as the experience was still awful. I also wanted to point out that I purchased a 12 week plan, why would anyone need a subscription every 6 months for something that should be completed in 12 weeks. I honestly don't know which of my several points finally had them agree to a refund, but I am appreciative they granted it.

Cancellation a joke

*** Update - after speaking with customer service for a few more hours they have decided that they have offered a refund in full. I am thankful that they have gone this but would have been nice if this had been done first time rather than the added stress of back and fore. this is why a middle rating now. ***

Contacted the customer service as my puppy had passed away, the auto renewal had taken the payment this day. asked for a refund and received a generic send a video of the dog to prove this product hasn't worked.

then a sentence saying, oh you probably cant do that. absolutely appalling.
