This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. Do not use their services. They do not work. We stopped using them after 1 week of nothing changing not even slight changes. They billed us unexpectedly for a 6month charge, we cancelled day of, and they refused a full refund after we haven’t even used the services for MONTHS! When we called them out on their poor subscription policy they said there is no exceptions. Unreal. Do not fall for this companies crap.

Abofalle!!!

Leider bereits mehrmals gemeldet durch andere Benutzer, bin ich leider ebenfalls auf diese Abofalle reingefallen.
Nach einem Testabo für 48€ habe ich die Übungen aufgrund der schlechten Übersetzung sowie teilweise langsamere und teilweise schnellere Übersetzung sowie den Englischen Tests nicht mehr weiter genutzt. Nach einem halbem Jahr wurden mit dann 120 € ohne jegliche Vorankündigung abgezogen. Bei allen anderen Anbietern und deren Abos die ich sonst eingegangen bin, kam jeweils eine Meldung ca. 1 Woche vorher. Leider nicht bei Doggyplan. Auf die Reklamation kamen zwar promte Antworten, eine Rückvergütung wurde mir aber dennoch nicht gewährt! Zumindest bekam ich nun eine Bestätigung dass das Abo gekündigt sei.
Schade. Daher kann auch ich Doggyplan nicht weiterempfehlen

Worthless product, terrible service

Worthless product and terrible customer service. I requested a refund the same day my card was charged for subscription renewal. I was recently laid off and had forgotten to cancel it. They refused my refund request. I told them about my current hardship, but they didn't care. Horrible company.

Repeat charges on painful videos

Repeat charges on videos that are too painful to watch in full. This is utter garbage. Avoid it at all cost, or it will cost you, like it has me.

Absolutely terrible - AVOID

Truly, truly appalling.
The repeat charges mount up, it ends up costing you a fortune.

But the content.. it is embarrassingly dreadful. What should be just 5 minutes is dragged out to 25 minutes. It is excruciating to listen to, repetitive and barely better than common sense. You will learn NOTHING from this and it will not help you or your dog.

I used it for about 2 weeks and then abandoned it. Forgot about it and incurred a total of US$192 of charges before I noticed. It was difficult to find a way to cancel, but I managed eventually.

However someway, somehow, I managed to have a 2nd account. I have only just managed to cancel that one, another US$168 wasted. I contacted them and asked if, in good faith, they would refund the 2nd account. Outright refusal.

This outfit is based in Limassol, Cyprus. The billing name on your CC or Paypal will change - that is a flag that they are being accused of cheating people.

Learn from my foolishness and experience and....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Prélèvement d’une année sans Avis, pour 117,99€ alors que cela n est mentionné nul part au moment de la subscription. Ils parlent de renouvellement alors que ce n est pas vrai: j’avais payé 47,99€ la premiere fois. Ce n’est donc pas un renouvellement.

Agree with previous reviews

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SHAM
Agree with previous reviews - they do not refund your money. They do respond quickly to tell you they do not refund monies unless VERY specific criteria is met.
Once you pay you funds - be sure to cancel as they will send you NO communication to let you know your renewal is due - they will just charge you.
I Initially put in the review, they then put in a very kind response (below) but it was all a sham - they offered a refund that has never come about. BEWARE

Absolutely god awful company

Absolutely god awful company. Charge you the money and don't send the product. When you email them for a refund, they communicate in templates and don't answer specific questions. They refuse refunds as per their policy, when you never received the product, and therefore have no way of contacting the company to cancel the service. I have been fighting with them for days, and even after agreeing to submit a refund, they won't tell you for how much and it will be some random dollar amount. Seems odd that my bank has no record of the refund and when you ask them to provide proof that the money was refunded they'll reply in 24 hours and ensure you it was refunded but won't be on your statement. This is not how this process works. I would recommend refuting the funds with your bank as soon as possible. It is not worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service, lacking poor English, math, and communication skills.

Estafadores !!!!

A mi me pasó igual , pagué 20€ y al cabo del mes me han cobrado 70!! Que alguien me diga por favor cómo poder devolverlo es una ESTAFA en toda regla , en ningún momento avisan de que es una suscripción!!!!

Been trying to cancel this so far they have taken over £300 from and got nothing back- this is definitely one for watchdog (which I have contacted) I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!

Disgusting company - FRAUD!

Disgusting company
I discovered 5 months worth of payments (£250) taken from bank for an account for doggy-plan.com which I never set up - never even heard of them before!
I contacted them and they could not care less. Would not even acknowledge that I clearly did not have any account associated to my name or email. No way they were going to give me a refund.
I had to report as fraud and am trying to claim though bank.
Do not use this fraudulent company!

Total scam I just click on it to look but did not authorize a $119’oo payment. I had to cancel my credit card cause they wouldn’t stop trying to charge me. I don’t have that kind of money being on a fixed income. PLEASE BEWARE

Total scam

Total scam. Do not open the instagram page. They charged me $119.99 which was unauthorized. I had to make a report for American Express so they would not pay the HORRIBLE COMPANY

Abo-Falle ohne weitere Info/Vertrag

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich gar keinen Stern abgeben.
Anscheinend bin ich nicht die Einzige, die auf diese Abo-Falle rein gefallen bin. Leider ist mir gerade erst, durch die 3. Abbuchung, aufgefallen, dass ich offensichtlich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. Mir ist nicht einmal bewusst, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, da ich bei so etwas sehr vorsichtig bin. Ich habe mir die Seite angeschaut, das weiß ich. Offensichtlich sogar das Testabo abgeschlossen. Dennoch bin ich mir sicher, dass hier von einer einmaligen Summe die Rede war.
Nun wurde mir das 3. Mal 79,99€ abgebucht. Info kam lediglich von Paypal. Ich habe gerade meine E-Mails durchgeschaut, ich habe von diesem Unternehmen keine Unterlagen und keinen Vertrag.
Ich hoffe, dass der Vertrag, den ich vorhin sofort gekündigt habe nun auch wirklich, wie schriftlich bestätigt, storniert wurde.
Gerade mit dem Sitz der Gesellschaft hatte ich Bauchschmerzen und hätte nie ein Abo mit dieser Gesellschaft abgeschlossen.
Sicher werde ich jetzt auch die Standardantwort erhalten, die hier jeder bekommen hat.
Grausam!!
Bloß nichts abschließen!!!

Nach dem Testmonat werden hier weiterhin Beträge in Höhe von 79,99 € abgebucht! Das man hier ein Abo abschließt, ist nirgendwo ersichtlich!

TYPICAL SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

Typical subscription scam! The initial trial period is very misleading, somewhere in the fine print you agree to being charged $80 and they will not refund you. It's very difficult to cancel. I had to cancel through PayPal. The videos are OK but not worth the $$$.
