Dogtags レビュー

I love my Dog Tag! It took a bit of time to arrive but the Client Support Team was really supportive and responsive. In the end, it was worth the wait. Very happy with the product I received :)

Poor quality dog tag. Easily scratched and lightweight

This is really gorgeous pendant ever. It's good enough for my puppy. Thanks for this.

My tag arrived yesterday and it looks great. Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them regarding delivery.

Ordered the stainless steel tag. Very good quality. Solid.
Took a while to arrive (not unusual these days I guess), yet customer service were easily contactable and very helpful in resolving.

Really good Quality tags & engraving - packaging lovely too! Allow a few weeks lead for delivery to Australia. Customer service was very friendly & helpful.

I am super happy with this product, the website was easy to navigate and it gave me a preview of the tags before I bought them. The tags themselves are great quality and look so good on our pets. I highly recommend this company.

great quality, fast shipping and easy order system.

Although my order took over 3 weeks to arrive, the dog tags were beautiful. Very good quality and looks like the lettering will last a long time. I was emailing them constantly and they were very good with replying. I would definitely encourage you to order if you want a quality product and don’t mind waiting a little for your order to arrive.

Great quality tags and beautiful engraving. Reasonably priced and quick shipping to Australia. Highly recommend.

Great product very well made and looks awesome,so many compliments from other dog owners ,glad I got the bling version, will definitely share your product with others 👍

Dog tag arrived as designed, the little furry friend was happy about his present. It's a great product and the quality is fantastic. Overall this is a great present, with the right information on it, easy to have your dog back in case it wanders away.

Dog tag arrived today, took some time to get to Aus, but worth the wait, great quality, and my dog loves it 😊

We love our new dog tag and can’t wait to put it on our new arrival soon. We don’t have our puppy just yet (5 more weeks) but when I saw the tag I knew I had to put an order in.

All in all, it’s great quality and the engraving looks so nice. There is just one thing, I wish I ordered a large for our Goldendoodle Pup.

One other thing, customer service took the time to reach out to me a number of times to ensure that I received my tag. Thank you for that.

Je suis très satisfait du produit car de grande qualité. Pour ce qui est de l'envoi, la faute est attribuable à la forte demande de livraison de colis de la période des fêtes et au Covid-19 (manque de personnel).

Excellent dog tag! Superb quality!
We ordered a dog tag and was a little concerned that it hadn't arrived in weeks. I emailed Dogtags and they immediately responded and organised a replacement tag to send. However, my original order arrived within a few days of the email.Covid postal delays.
Amazing tag, excellently engraved and great quality. I'm very pleased with the product and the immediate responses from staff.
A fantastic company to deal with.

After having a few different tags that would wear away we finally found Dogtags.id! postage was a little slow but that's not their fault. When the tag arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how deep the etching was, it's comforting to know that my contact details will be visible on the tag for a long long time!

Ordered a tag for our Toby after the print wore off of the pet store one we bought for him as a pup, two years ago. As with so many others we waited about a month before emailing DogTags asking about when we could expect delivery. Sent the email in the morning and when I went out to check the Post there was the package from DogTags.
The tag is exquisite! Beautiful gold dog bone shape, shinny as a mirror, and the print is etched deep and black and the information on it is accurate.
We are highly recommending DogTags to all our friends with dogs but including a mention of the wait time ( I expect mostly due to Covid trouble ).

PS - Was just reminded that the pet store tag was the same price as the DogTad we ordered.

Ordered a dog tag as a Christmas present and was concerned that it hadn't arrived in over a month.
Emailed Dogtags and they immediately sprung into action and organised a replacement. Needless to say, the dog tag arrived the next day and just in time for Christmas. Covid postal delays caused a lot more problems than I imagined.
Beautiful tag, superbly engraved and wonderfully presented. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the product and the staff response.
A superb organisation and they should be extremely proud!
