Very comprehensive inspection carried out on Victorian property. Survey was solely for the owner not for any potential buyer. Company was very efficient in communication and no delay in survey being undertaken and likewise a full report was sent very soon after inspection. It covered every aspect of property and was laid out clearly and helpfully, highlighting urgency or not, of any work required. And gave a lot of background information which enabled anyone not in the industry to have a clearer understanding. Very competitively priced and Company efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Fast response to my enquiry. Received a quote which met my budget, and Damien conducted the survey within 2 weeks. Everything appeared good, which made the whole process smooth and easy to follow.

We used this company for a survey, conducted by Damien. The survey was arranged quickly, but the survey was not only useless but missing things in it that even we noticed in a 10 minute viewing we went to. The report mentioned that all of the windows were single glazed when the windows in the living room were double glazed. It said that there was no problem with the extension - there was in fact an enormous crack in the brickwork over the extension and the windows above were clearly sinking into it. It said the lights were all in working order - the lights in the kitchen didn’t work. After all of this, they didn’t even respond to our request to have a call - something that was promised at the outset. We have since pulled out of the sale but no thanks to this company, who told us to go right ahead with it. Do NOT use them, god knows how they have all these fantastic reviews. I have half a mind to pursue a refund but given that they won’t answer an email to arrange a call they already agreed to, I doubt there’s any point trying to contact them for a refund. We certainly won’t be using them again if we find another property.

I was looking for a Level 3 survey for a Victorian building converted to flats and It was great interacting with Josh. He answered all my pre booking questions which eased some of my worries and sent a reasonable and value for money quote for a surey with their experienced Surveyor. I had to go through another surveyor due to timing issue but I would have definitely went with Domestic Property Surveys or could work them in future.

We were pleased with the through report which was well written and easy to understand
The report made us focus on the key wants that the property needed.Andrew clearly knows his stuff.
