I’d leave zero stars if I could. Do NOT waste your money on this site. I finally got around to possibly attempting this build and omg. First off, the images they are advertising are NOT what your finished product will look like. To make matters worse, the building experience is an absolute nightmare. The instructions are printed front and back on 4 pieces of paper (for this particular set). You almost HAVE to use the QR code for the 3D instructions just to get through it. The bags are NOT numbered OR sorted into any sort of build order. You are simply expected to open every single bag and search for the pieces you need. Please AVIOD!!

Ordered the Headless Horseman set (Horseman only set). The set DID arrive. Its NO WHERE NEAR the advertised picture. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

The photos on their site are AI generated. I did get the set I ordered, but it's about a third the quality of the photo and should have costs about a third of what I paid.

Purchased Haunted Gothic Chapel Building Blocks Set based on pictures and information on Vendor website. Product received was a box of bricks, stickers and a leaflet instead of a instruction booklet. there were no "unique" pieces, Ghosts, tombstones, etc. Contacted Cust Serv and was told I received correct kit. Traded pictures with CS but they never acknowleded any wrong doing. I was offered $10.00 USD refund and to keep the blocks. Full refund would require me to pay to have product returned. I cancelled a pending $300.00USD order and had to wait several weeks fro refund (in full). The product looks fabulous, but in hindsite I do not believe there is anyway they could deliver the goods shown on the website for the prices they are charging.

I ordered the Lovecraftian Monster set. It took about two months to receive the product though I did receive an occasional update email.

However, the product received is not the same as the product advertised. Even the instructions show a different image from the website.

I wish I could include images as they are very obvious.

There is a resemblance but the colors are significantly different and the details are significantly simpler.

When I contacted the company, they did respond quickly saying that "lighting and screen settings" could show colors differently and offering a meager refund.

There are a ton of beautiful sets on the site, but if they aren't what you are ordering, that's a problem.

You do get a set of bricks, so it isn't a complete scam, but don't expect what you ordered.

Reviews are full of generated AI images, and can almost 100% guarantee its a scam site. The site is also only 3 weeks old and has blatant urgency tactics pressuring potential consumers to buy into their fraudulent activity.
