Avoid this company like the plague. They offer items for sale in their site as 'in stock' when they don't actually have them. Communication is brutal - 4 separate times I had to contact them to get an answer.

They told me then that they were waiting on stock and would get back to me the next day. Again, I was the one who had to initiate contact. And when I tried to cancel the order I made, they offered replacement items in their place.

Never, ever again. Doromart, you have lost what was going to be a repeat customer but your customer service is abysmal - lying to your customers will get you nowhere. Well over a week going through the ordeal of waiting for a refund to my account. Never again, not if it was the last shop in Ireland.

​Very disappointing experience. My order was never delivered. When I reached out to customer service, they politely replied that they would update me as soon as possible, but I never heard back from them again. Extremely unprofessional—I do not recommend shopping here.

I ordered online and the box arrived by courier the next day. Excellent service and product. I got free delivery on an order over €70. The prices are very fair and competitive. Everything good! I will use again. Thank you.

I’ve used Domomart multiple times now and I honestly can’t fault them.

On two occasions I had issues with items (one had gone off and another arrived damaged), and both times they handled it immediately with no hassle and issued refunds straight away.

That’s the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back.

Their prices are also excellent and really hard to beat for the range they offer.

Overall, a very reliable company that actually listens to its customers. I’ll definitely continue ordering from them.
