It about time they checked their good before delivery...AVOID..NOW they keep sending me replies saying someone will be in touch with me...Joke!!

Great product and service
The handles I received exceeded my expectation. I ordered the Berkeley Lever handle in Dual Tone Gunmetal - there was a difference in colour in the photos on the website of the latch vs the bathroom handle, but they're in fact the same - beautiful colour and finish. The lady I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful. I received the package promptly, with no issues. Thank you! :)
