Difficult to irder by phone -
Unclear pricing .
I ordered and paid for 2 sets so had to send one back.

Above and Beyond!

Having acquired the company's elegant Savoy Heritage Brass door handles for my home decades ago, I can attest to the quality of manufacture that produced the superior performance I have enjoyed since.
My recent inquiry was dealt with in such a way that I would describe the company's performance with customer care in aftersales as superior also, in fact, second to none!

All the door hardware was very good


All the door hardware was very good quality. The flat head screws were abit cheap, heads seemed to turn off easy but used some posi head ones I had job sorted.

Typically products are provided with a steel pilot screw to make the fixing holes and then the brass screws should be used once the pilot holes are made (to tie in with the aesthetic of the piece). Apologies if there was any confusion or anything supplied incorrectly. We're glad to hear you resolved the situation.

Quick and correct supply of items

I ordered two large solid brass bolts and received them within 48 hours via DPD. Well packaged, very slight scratch on polished surface of 1 bolt but acceptable....
