i was looking to cop my first pair of dunks and came across Doorstepdrip. i bought the 3d swooshes and they did not disappoint. even leaving a personalised message in my box made the experience so much better will definitely buy again.

The customer service was great, I was given regular updates in regards to my order and my Dunks arrived very quickly. Overall, fast and reliable service!

I would definitely purchase from them again. Maybe a bit more confirmation that the trainers are authentic, that would help me feel more confident purchasing again.

Honestly, the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Also that was my first time buying from the internet. I always feared of being scammed. I wanted to get dunks which were extremely difficult to find anywhere. I even went to London’s Kick Game and they had none. So, I came across Doorstepdrip, which seemed like a legit seller. When I asked any questions they were super quick to reply. They answered ALL my questions and I had no doubt they cared about me as a customer. Of course, to make sure the shoes were bought from a real wholesaler, I asked to prove the authenticity of the sneakers, they provided a clear receipt and details of where, when and how they were bought. I ordered them instantly, I was so excited… if only you would know (they knew haha). They were so kind to send them off right away with express delivery! I got them literally the next day. They made sure I got them and asked me if I am happy with the order - yes, very much so! Damn, they have proven their loyalty and they understand humour as well - which again adds to the fact that I had never seen a customer service so loyal and kind before. Recommend them highly! I will be purchasing again :)! A very happy customer!

Fantastic communication from placing order to receiving goods

Fantastic service from a brilliant company. I did my research before choosing this company. They went out of their way to ensure my parcel arrived on time, this was especially important with the postal and rail strikes. Thanks guys I will have one happy granddaughter on Xmas morning.
