1 shoe developed scuffs within 2 hrs. Another shoe caused scuffs on floor immediately. Some type of paint or color rubbed off to show the substandard shoe. I reached out to immaculate vegan and was told someone would get back to me. Instead I was sent this survey.

The boots are made for very skinny…
The boots are made for very skinny people. Even my daughter in law, a young professional dancer could not zip them up. Very disappointing.

Great. I bought two pairs of shoes. They arrived within days. One pair didn’t fit so I sent them back. No problems at all. I was refunded very quickly.

Great quality boots
Great quality, but i would suggest to put more photos of the worn boots from different angles, because they weren't exactly how I expected. Beautiful though! Keep up the good work!
