Our team tried to reach you by phone but was unable to get a hold of you. We wanted to update you that once assessments are submitted, they are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.

We have received your assessment within the last 24 hours, and our prescriber will be reviewing it shortly. We will update you once your treatment plan has been finalized.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to support@doou.ca and we’ll be happy to assist you.
