Great place! Couldn’t recommend enough… being our first family pet, they made everything really easy.

It’s been a month now & ‘Rico’ has settled really well into his new forever home… he is one of the family & everyday he is learning new things.

His morning excitement is joy to see & the kids absolutely love him… thank you Douglas Hall Kennels 🐾

All the staff were extremely helpful and made our visit an absolute joy,,
we wasn't rushed into getting one of there pups.🐶💖

It was so good to walk around Douglas Hall Kennel’s and see all the different breed of puppies. You can tell all puppies are looked after well in the kennels.

We picked up our little 16 week old Cockapoo, Maple just under a month ago now. She is an absolute joy to have. The buying process was quick and easy, it wasn’t long after we chose her that she was all snuggled up in her bed in the car on the way to her new home!

DHK offer starter packages to new owners which we thought was very useful. All things you require to get started with your new pup is included and made it so much easier for us on the day. I’m sure we’ll be back again one day to get another pup friend for our Maple!

Best and easy transaction of buying a pup no pressure or rushed encouraged to take your time to see all the pups was allowed to cuddle and groom them I ended up buying a little malshi back in nov24 her name is Tilly she is now enjoying adventures in the Isle of Man I would 💯percent recommend the kennel pups are kept to a high standard of care and all seem to be happy and in good health

The puppies are well looked after. The staff are very knowledgeable and made the experience go very well.

We bought our Westiepoo puppy from Douglas Hall kennels and Luca is a delight he has settled into his forever home really well. He is healthy and happy and loving life 🐾 I would highly recommend Douglas hall if you are looking for a new family member 😃

This was our second puppy from Douglas Hall Kennels. We found them very welcoming, easy to talk too, never any pressure from them to buy a puppy, no length of time at the kennels when choosing our puppy was an issue. All questions answered to our satisfaction. Follow up phone call too see how our puppy were doing. Found the owners very obliging and nothing to much trouble for them. Overall our experience was great, and would recommend them and their services .

A Great Experience From Start To Finish We Were left On Our Own To Make Our Decision And Not Rushed At All Dolly Our New Pup Has Fitted In Well With Our Older Dog That We Wanted To Get A Companion For I Would Recommend Highly Douglas Hall Nothing Was Too Much Of An Issue Pay Them A Visit If You Are Thinking Of Getting A Pup And You Can Take Your Time Because Its A Big Decision And Shouldn't Be Rushed They Will Answer Any Questions You Have And Are Very Knowledgeable

i came acorss douglas hall kennels online & honestly it’s one of the best kennels i’ve ever come across ! the service is excellent. when i went to VIEW a puppy i couldnt help but take one home with me. I got a male cavapoo & when i brought him home he already knew to use he’s puppy mats for the toilet. I’ve had no mess with him whatsoever ! they provide a great service, they phone & email for regular updates on the pup whether they’re settled or not, they’re very reassuring which is ideal for first time dog parents in which case we are. the support they give is like no other & i would recommend them to anyone wanting to adopt a puppy ! i now couldn’t imagine my house without my pup :)

We are so pleased with the service received from everyone at Douglas Hall Kennels. Their initial communication was great- sharing photos and following up with videos of the puppy we were interested in. They’d made sure she was microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked. Whole process was very straight forward and we’ve come home with a beautiful, healthy, happy puppy who loves being around people.

We have bought 2 pups from Douglas hall kennels and both pups are absolutely amazing. They are so loving and really good with small children.
Nothing was too much trouble when we initially bought our first pup. They spoke about everything we may need to know and we got a check up call a few weeks later to check everything was going well.
Our experience the first time led us to going back a year later for our second pup. We have 2 loving dachshunds.

We bought our beautiful westie boy from Douglas Hall, it's was the best experience we could have hoped for , the kennels are spotless and the staff are very knowledgeable about all the breads , we were so impressed we went back and got his brother, they have both been vet checked and have settled in to family life brilliantly, very happy customer.

We bought a Cocker Spaniel puppy from Douglas Hall Kennels and we’re really happy with her. She’s settled in really well. Vet said she’s a nice healthy chunky pup. She’s got a lovely temperament too. Great experience at the kennels. Staff are really helpful and I’ve had a follow up call to check puppy is ok.

We were very impressed with our visit to DHK and came away with our cockapoo puppy Penny. The relaxed and friendly way you can choose your puppy is a real treat. The various breeds are in a number of sheds which contain absolutely spotless pens. Visitors can handle the puppies and it is clear to see that they were used to this, well socialised and happy.
The family feel of the business is evident and you feel very welcome with no rush to choose or pressure to buy. Our puppy is chipped and had had her first injection.

We got our Zuchon boy as an older pup from Douglas Hall, he was 4 months old and we immediately fell in love and couldn’t leave without him. He has settled into our home perfectly, is fit and healthy and was very well looked after whilst he was at DHK. The place is clean, the staff are lovely and the puppies all look happy and healthy.

The staff were really helpful, and the puppies all had clean bedding food and water. 10 out of 10 from me.
