Came very quickly and is brilliant quality, my cats love their new tree, would definitely reccomend.

Terrible experience with return and support. I got confused by companies having the same names scruffs.com and petslovescruffs.com. So I sent my return to scruffs.com. Their support is trying to get any reply from petslovescruffs for weeks now - no answer whatsoever. The request is just ignored, no meaningful attempts to resolve the situation.

I understand this is kind of my fault to confuse the companies, but typically UK retailers are very good at handling issues. Typically retailers care about customers; have return links and instructions in emails; have a chat bot that answers and escalates to human agents. They answer the phone, they answer support emails. Amazon and many others just issue a refund when things go wrong, especially when you are a loyal customer or order an expensive item.

Petslovescruffs chat does not work at all. They do not provide return links or instructions in the order confirmation emails (thus my confusion, the first link in google is scruffs.com returns). The phone calls go to voicemail...the emails to support get ignored.

This has honestly been one of the worst retail experiences I gad in the UK for years. I will not order from this company again - I wanted to make a great present to my cat; but got a faulty item and a return that got lost - I lost >100£ on the item and delivery already.

I was recommended the cat bowls after adopting a cat from the cats protection centre. They arrived in perfect condition and my older/mature cat loves to eat from them.
Very quick delivery and very highly recommended.

The XL Ellen donut dog bed I ordered was great but was too big so I returned it and ordered the medium size and paid extra for next day delivery ….so far so good.

Then the problems started - with DHL - who took 5 days to deliver it! This is a complaint about them I suppose not Scruffs. Maybe they should change their delivery company as they have a good product but it was very irritating having to wait for it and being constantly sent emails saying it would be delivered and then not doing so.

Scruffs did refund the next day delivery charge and the cost of the first bed so service was ok, but it was an aggravating experience.

I bought Oxford bed thinking it’s orthopaedic bed with a firm foam, in fact it’s so lumpy, I don’t know how it can be called orthopaedic. After one use I can see visible flattening where the dog was lying.

It’s just low quality foam, a pillow for £20 is better than this. Even the cover doesn’t fit the bed fully, it’s too big and moves all the time.
It’s ridiculous. It’s not worth the money!

Really cozy

We bought a Scruffs Aspen fleece blanket for our 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he absolutely loves it. It’s become his favourite place to snuggle up and nap, which is saying something because he’s quite particular about where he settles!

The blanket is really soft, cosy and feels great quality. It also washes well and still looks lovely, which is always important with anything dog-related.

We also had a really nice experience with their customer service after getting in touch to share some feedback and a photo. Friendly, genuine and clearly a company that cares about their customers and their pets.

Really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Scruffs to other dog owners.

Fabulous customer service. I accidentally damaged our dogs bed when removing it from the packaging and they sent a brand new one without questions. So, so happy!

Rubbish quality

Purchased several items from these guys thinking they'd be of excellent quality. The bed fell apart within days of receiving my goods and my dog had only used it once! Quality is terrible and going forward, I'll be sure to use a reputable company, not these clowns. Do yourself a favour and be sure to purchase elsewhere.

Robust and comfortable - loved by the dogs

I bought the Icon bowl's as my dog needed a change, and after a first attempt buying them from another company (both bowls smashed), I decided to go straight to Scruffs. Despite the food bowl having a crack when I received the bowls, I was able to quickly get a like-for-like replacement easily, and now have a very happy dog!
