I've been using it for over five years (the down dog app, meditation app, HIIT app and pilates app) My ONLY critique is that I wish you did Yoga variations with yoga blocks for more experienced yogis.

Ich nutze die Down Dog Apps für Yoga, Meditation, Pilates und Workouts und bin absolut begeistert! Für einen wirklich kleinen Preis bekommt man hier ein riesiges Angebot und eine enorme Vielfalt. Besonders toll finde ich, dass ich alles individuell einstellen kann – Level, Dauer, Musik, Stimme, Tempo – so passt sich jede Einheit perfekt an meine Tagesform an.

Die Übungen sind abwechslungsreich, die App ist super benutzerfreundlich und die Qualität der Inhalte ist top. Für mich eine der besten Investitionen in Gesundheit und Fitness, die man machen kann. Klare Empfehlung!

They have a serious bug. The duration of the training sometimes shifts back to a shorter one and it's impossible to change it back. For example, I train Hiit for 40 minutes but recently it shifts to 25 and I can't change it bacm.

best app I've ever had. You can customize everything and I remember the first I installed it, I wrote I can't afford then app and then I got free trial. I am so happy.

I love down dog, I have both yoga and down dog. Easy to use, choose duration, level and voice. You can pause. I've had it for two years now and never leaving it.

I love everything about downdogapp. You can choose your level, music, gentle or challenging. I have practiced with the app for several years daily but in May I broke my fourth metatarsal, not doing yoga, and have to wear a boot for six weeks. I couldn’t practice yoga😔 but downdog came to the rescue with chair yoga with no standing poses and Pilates. One more week to go with the dreaded boot😫

Crazy fast customer service! I made an enquiry and only a few hours later I had a friendly reply, with the issue resolved.

I also want to add that I adore their apps. They have transformed my fitness.

I use this app in French language, and since I bought it on Black Friday three months ago (for only 18 euro/year), I’m using it every morning for a 30 minute session. It’s soooo great !

I've had the most wonderful experience with the customer support team I've ever had in my entire life - kudos to the team. I've started using the app with my husband and it's probably the best fitness app on the market. I now recommend it to everybody!

Uso questa app da anni ormai e mi sta aiutando molto con varie problematiche all'anca. E' semplice, posso usarla da casa gestendomi il tempo e scegliendo diversi setaggi che la rendono ottimale peer le mie esigenze. Il costo inoltro non è altissimo e i video sono semplici da seguire. La consiglio per chi come me non ha modo di andare a fare corsi in palestra ma vuole sfruttare i benefici di yoga e pilates.

I've been using this app for years and despite trying other apps, in person classes,.etc, this is the thing I keep coming back to. An insane value for money, the demonstrations are clear, music is nice and I like that there are options to choose between, so customizable. I also appreciate that the developers listen to their customer feedback. I've been using the yoga app for years but just got into the Pilates one as well. Don't go anywhere Down dog!

This is the best fitness app out there, and I've tried many. I use it most mornings for a yoga and HIIT workout, and every single session is unique, because of the variety of poses. Very professional, polished app, and really easy to use and get started. It was perfect for me as a beginner, and I'm still using it years later on intermediate/advanced. Highly recommend.

Been using for years now, using both HIIT (workout) and Yoga. The self aware humor is a nice touch. All time favorite feature is just the incredible variability in exercises each has. Doing the same thing the same way gets old over time, but, given the astounding number of poses/sets it has, it just never gets boring. It is SO easy to use these if you're someone who's trying to fit a good work out in to a small time. You can thumbs up/down ones you like, so, over time it becomes a tailored experience. I see no point in changing my choice of these apps... for the rest of my life if I'm honest. Completely negates my need for a gym, is more than enough to build flexibility/strength/endurance for even a competent intermediate.
Have had some problems with the implementation in the past, specific to folding phones, but, I have faith they'll double down on these problems and remediate them in future releases.

J'ai mis fin à mon abonnement chez down dog depuis 2023 et je continue à être prélevée. M'en étant rendue compte je leur ai envoyé un email et ils refusent de me rembourser. Ce sont des escrocs. À fuir

This is an amazing yoga app with truly outstanding quality of yoga classes even for advanced levels. Endless options of personalized courses like a private teacher. 🙏

I absolutely love this app but unfortunately have had a recent experience that has left a bad taste! I decided to change from a monthly subscription to an annual which resulted in 2 payments coming out of my account on the same day - I requested them to add a month to the 12 months rather than refund the 1 month. Response “we can’t do that”. This is extremely disappointing. I really want to recommend the app to my friends but now feeling uncomfortable to do so.

Llevo dos meses usándola y es de lo mejorcito que he probado en clases de yoga. Puedes controlar los niveles, el tipo de música, el tipo de Yoga... Hace poco han incluido también pilates y es una maravilla.

Great app, I have subscribed during covid and kept my subscription going, even though I only go back to it sporadically now, for the few times a year I do it it is well worth the cost of subscription, and hopefully I will go back to it more consistently in the future! Besides the pros of the app itself (a lot of variety and room for customization of your practice) I also appreciate the vibe we get from the company, they give a long free subscription for students and teachers, they gave a 6-month free subscription to healthcare workers during covid, and they strive to let everyone use their app even if they can't afford the fee, I have read testimonies on the internet of people explaining their financial difficulties and the company giving them a longer free trial. Kudos to you!
