The most disgusting level of (lack of) service you will experience in Dubai. We bought two identical units in Al Ramth. Now a year ago we still do not have the title deeds, despite having paid for them.
One of the units has been allocated parking a ten minute walk away in another building, despite the contract saying parking will be in the same building.
Only one of the two units has the service charge incentive passed through on invoicing. Despite promises the other unit still has an incorrect invoice and cannot be paid because of it..
The total attitude of DP staff is of total lack of responsibility and care. They all will pass you from department to department without anyone taking any ownership. Always making commitments of call-backs, actions and escalations but nothing ever happens.
I am done with this company and will now make a physical appearance in their Business Bay offices as I have had enough!

Terrible service, you get the run around by all their departments. Rude and dismissive team, all seem to have no customer service at all!

i have paid for my service charges on the 23rd of September and my ejari was blocked ,Been calling them for 2 weeks today is 10th of October still blocked .They keep telling me its resolved but doesn't resolve it. Never buy properties from dubai properties. Their customer service is awful and they lie to end the call and not deal with the customers. The most rubbish developer I've dealt with in dubai. Beware

Worst experience from property sales to maintenance.
Building quality is poor and maintenance is substandard. High fee and very poor customer service.

I am an owner in Villanova - this is my 3rd property i have bought in the UAE and ill NEVER buy from Dubai Properties again!!!!!!!!!!!! Their aftersales service is SHOCKING! They are quick to reply to emails for collection of community service charges BUT TO REPLY TO AN OPEN DLP MAINTENANCE REQUEST - impossible! They dont bother replying - they just close it. You call them - no help either!! You raise a complaint about ETHICS on their website - no one calls. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! I wish i never put my life savings into this developer

The Dubai Properties Alteration NOC process is taking more than 1 month.

How do we make serious complaints about security at layan community/dubai land? I make complaint about rude security man so supervisor becomes aggressive trying to start fight with me, all because I want to make complaint. I have never seen anyone in dubai become aggressive like this before.obviously if you want to complain they become defensive and angry. I tried to contact arkan security but cannot get in touch. Please somebody help. Supervisor is called something like shiraz. When i looked online there is other bad complaints about the security at this community about Shiraz and charles, so I know it is not just me experiencing this.
