Very Poor Management - Zero Customer Service

Very Poor Management - ZERO Care for Customer

That's how I describe the DP management, specially in their property at Al Khail Gate Al qouz. Your complaints are not acknowledged, they dont care, no attention to feedback, No care for anything you brought up.

1. Poor Security Management - Fire Incident, there was a fire incident in our bldg in June, one unit is on fire in the middle of the night around 10pm. The alarm went off, which is a very usual daily thing in the building so nobody bothered. The security or staff did not knock the doors to evacuate families. We managed to exit the building as we smell the smoke but some people are still inside and have no idea of the fire and none of the security staff bothered to knock units they all don't know what to do. 1 family with a baby on the window, in the first floor and can't go out because the fire is in their floor with dense smoke in the corridor, it was my cousin and 1 other guy who went back to help the mother, I gave him the wet towel for the smoke. But the security person? who is confused and doesnt know what to do, he just opened the fire exit door for my cousin to be able to go to that mother's unit. Seriously??

2 . Billing issues - I changed my card details, I filled the authorization form for the new card, I updated the Dubai AM app (very poor app also btw) but here comes the billing due date my old card is still charged, no money there so they said they will charge me for a penalty even if I've done my due diligence. I complained, went to their office to make sure this is rectified. here comes the next month, same issue, they charged my old card again. Really this company has no respect for customers and no attention to anything you brought up. We are fed up.

3. So far, nothing has been done to the filthy parks every weekend, no security staff to control people throwing all over the place in the park.. very filthy area on weekends as a crowd from outside in the nearby labor camps go there to relax in the weekend and leave the place very dirty, with cups and cigarettes' butts and food trash. The management cannot control this and just leave it as it is.

I would give them a zero if I could

I would give them a zero if I could. Terrible experience. Would highly recommend not to purchase from Dubai properties. My issues are as per below, same issue as another person who gave a rating.

Purchased a property
Purchased a property, paid a huge premium for corner plot, due to horrendous design the garden is cut in half by a wall leaving half the sqft exposed to the street.

This makes our homes look terrible when compared to neighbors harming not only the enjoyment factor but also the resale value.

Many many people are horrifically affected by this and despite complaints, escalating to managers, letters to the senior management, they do nothing. They are not listening to their customers AT ALL.

I would Never purchase DP again due to this horrendous decision that treats owners differently and without any sense of care! Customer service is extremely poor. Ahmed Samy & Arwa Khedr no not even reply. Meetings are refused, and after requesting again and again for complaints procedure they just ignore!

If I can give 0 stars it will be more relevant as their costumer service and in general organisation do not exist .
Is there anyone who read those messages?
Is there any management?
It's sad that in 21st century, in Dubai ,you have to call 8x and wait 48h to get permit for plumber to access apartment in case u have flooding.
3 weeks I am waiting now for renovation permit to get answer that (after submitting all relevant documents ) they are not department for issuing permit .
Total disaster

Purchased a property

Purchased a property, paid a huge premium for corner plot, due to horrendous design the garden is cut in half by a wall leaving half the sqft exposed to the street. A child one day even ran on my plot to urinate.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. The Realconnect website does not work. The call centre service agent says it is not his problem if the website is not working. Refuse to take a complaint. After much insisting he notes down complaint but says he cannot pass it on. Refuses to let me speak to his line manager. Said he cannot copy me on the complaint email. Lousy attitude.

The worst of the worst

The worst of the worst, this company it’s careless, rude staff, never accomplished what they promised, they keep on changing their minds and will try to trick you and sale you a dream.
I been waiting 3 years for my property to be delivered to me and they don’t even have the decency of giving me a good explanation, the conditions on the term of contract are not respected they change everything and customer service it’s the worst they have treated me like Im stupid, completely careless

Poor service delivery DP & extremely poor site team

Site engineers and supervisors are completely rude and arrogant . They do not understand the customer and find ways on how not to resolve issues . A special for eng. Saeed Alshorafa who is extremely arrogant and does not speak to the customer and the other shiju supervisor is the same . Pathetic personnel and pathetic service delivery .
I will be further escalating my grievance with DP senior management and also sharing my experience on all available social media platforms . Last but not the least will also consider going to court to express the discomfort faced and initiate necessary legal action .
I can be contacted on 056 9859191 should any right minded person wants to contact me and understand the challenges we face with this company on the properties we own .

Get ready for disappointments; Low quality building materials, unqualified labours and very bad customer service

I am a UAE National who bought a property with Dubai properties worth 1.7M. A 3 Bedroom Villa located in Dubailand under Villanova owned by Dubai properties. I can say i am not impressed at all with the quality of work, unqualified labours, communications with customer service, maintenance team, and the escalation team. They have made my life and my husband’s life a living hell from the time we inspected the villa and lots of work needs to be done in the villa from plumping to grouting to painting. When we bought the property, the snagging team wanted us to sign a paper that confirms that their job is done, but we did not agree to stop as they left us with a house with lots of poor quality work done to it to the extent that the ceiling of the room downstairs started leaking and they came and fixed it twice and now is the third time that it is leaking again and is falling apart. Other that that, we have lots of pending request for the maintenance team to come and sort but every time we call Dubai properties customer service they do not seem to note down our requests and days and weeks passes by without anyone responding to us. If you are thinking of investing in a property with Dubai properties, be prepaid to have a hard time as they are not considerate or understanding and careless about their service and the need to please clients who have spent lots of money on properties. We have moved in 28th of March and till this day we are requiring maintenance team to sort out our problems, but they never keep their promise and if they do they send people that do not communicate in Arabic nor english. They give us numbers of so called “Engineers” who lack professionalism and sense of caring to the extent that we have given their direct mobile number but they do not seem to answer our calls ever. When they do finally show up, they do not note down anything we say nor report it, so we do not know what their job entails. They do not know the concept of time and schedule and waste people’s time for when they say they will show up, they actually do not. Lies after lies, unfulfilled promises and pending work, and what is most annoying is when you call they they say they work is done and there is no pending requests!!!! Without our knowledge or agreement they decide when to stop the work just to annoy us even more. Do not be fooled by the So called “Engineers”, who are never on time nor are they doing their work. They do not give promises that they will sort our our issues at all. Workers are never on time, sometimes they will show up and sometimes they will not show up at all. Workers come very late and stick around for about an hour and disappear. They have made mistakes and made a mess in our house (from paint stains everywhere to plumbing issues to leaving their equipments in our house all over the place). I am absolutely furious and disappointed in this treatment and behaviour. It is so unethical and so unprofessional and certainly unimpressive and i will not keep quiet until everything is sorted in my house. Think wisely and do your research and investigations before you put a big amount of money on properties that are not worth what you are paying for and brace yourself as you will be faced with lots of letdowns from them.

Poor quality of work and less value.

I bought a property through fam in one of the dubai properties project. It cost me above Aed 2M. The quality of their finish was very bad, still we have problems with door handles and AC since we moved in. Water pressure pump stopped working and we had to pay again for its maintenance! All these things happened within 18months after we purchased. Never i will buy properties here if this is the case. If there is any option to complain in court i would have gone for it.

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the management for JBR towers from Dubai properties. The keep rescheduling cleaning the glass for JBR. They keep promissing one date after another, but until now thing happen. I paid my service charges in Aug 1, 2021, until today Dec 1, 2021 I still did not receive receipts. I contacted them many times. They keep promissing to take care of the issues, but nothing happend

I did not receive my security deposit…

I did not receive my security deposit until now.i left alkhail gate 8th of October 2020.i have given more than 100 calls to customer care department and no one helping to get my money back.I had my apartment in alkhail gate for 8 years and I dont have any kind of late payment or bounce cheques through out my whole living.and now they are saying I have a late payment. When I said give me that information so I can get the details from the bank and provide them so I can prove to the fact.but now 3 months and until now no one assisting me.this is the worst place to live.i wish some responsible person will see this.they are stealing from innocence.Karma will come to them one day.i am disappointed and devastated as I have so many problems at this moment.i will say please don't ever trust Dubai properties.dont ever go there.they are the worst people to give proper service.why government cannot check this.how much money they might earn from stealing like this.i am crying through the phone because I become very emotional because they are continuously lying and not helping.worst worst worst worst horrible people and place.
