Not only did they not ring me back as promised. They could not be bothered to explain why they did not want to take on my case. The young man on the phone was very helpful but I’m afraid that the rest of the team let him down. I was wanting them to represent my 100 yr old aunt. Shame on them.

I used DPA Law for my recent house purchase. I was assigned Stacey Lewis as my conveyancer and in all honesty I could not rate the service provided highly enough.
From the very start of the process she was on the ball with every aspect of the purchase, guiding me through what was required from me and answering any questions that I had. She kept the process moving along despite delays from the sellers solicitors and the whole process was completed in only 3 months.
I would absolutely recommend this firm, Stacey in particular and would 100% use them again.

I found this practise to be unprofessional, unqualified and unfair. The practise does not provide you with the correct guidance that you ask for but remain firm that they are not at fault. The mssinfornation and lack of information proveded is quite disturbing. Please do yourself a favour and use a reputable firm

We were referred to DPA Law through Home Legal Direct. Stacey Lewis was our appointed conveyancer and was great to work with. She always kept me up to date on the progress of our conveyancing and was polite and helpful whenever I called. The costs were very competitive compared to high street legal services and the service just as good. I’d recommend DPA Law for anyone considering using an online conveyancer.
