Had a great and efficient experience using DPA Law to purchase our first home. We were extremely happy with the efforts of Lyn Dyer in helping us to purchase our home before the stamp duty increase came in - once all enquiries were in, she managed to arrange for completion within a week.

A stress free conveyancing service with good communication and friendly service. With a direct line to the people dealing with your sale (Lyn Dyer's team) I was able to message at anytime with a prompt response the next working day.

Lyn was very good with the sale of our house & completed everything with little fuss or stress.

We used DPA law for buying a new property and selling our old.
We were under Lyn dyers wing and she did everything possible to help us on our journey. We had alot of hurdles but Lyn covered all bases and made us feel at ease. Although Lyn doesn't work Mon to Friday everything gets covered and she made extra effort out of work hours to help us out and meet deadlines.

DPA Law did conveyancing for me in January this year, in June I contacted them again to act on my behalf for a sale of another property . They acknowledged my email , but never bothered to contact me to follow it up . Obviously they don’t require or want repeat business !

We used DPA law for estate administration for our family. Rachel Hughes was kind, considerate and very professional. Taking the time to explain what was needed and being very patient when the work was delayed. Having used DPA Law in my personal legal matters for almost 25 years, in March 2024 I asked Lyn Dyer (based in Cardiff) to act on my behalf in purchasing the freehold of my property from the freeholder.

I recently used DPA Law, Pontcanna, Cardiff for help with my first will writing. I was courteously assisted by Mike Williams who explained the process, answered my questions and sent prompt replies to my emails. I would definitely use them again for other legal advice.

Whatever you do - DON'T use them for anything! They have left me sleepless and sometimes suicidal. I am being treated for severe depression and much of the blame can be laid at their door. My wife became the executor of her aunt's estate after this firm informed her that she was the sole beneficiary of the estate. We spent literally thousands on wrapping the estate up and they have now turned around and told her she can't inherit. They don't return calls, they have taken sometimes months to answer any query, and I wouldn't trust them to tell me the time of day.

Additional: Having posted this I was asked to make an appointment with one of their staff. I rang, letting them know that I would talk to them but I wasn't prepared to make an appointment, and that the particular person could call me whenever they were available. I haven't heard anything since. Oh, and my poor wife has requested yet another call from the person who is supposed to be representing her and got nothing either.

Great service and quick responds every time. I highly recommend DPA Law.

I always get nervous dealing with legal people and its something i could easily put off - circumstances however does'nt allow that.

Stacey was our solicitor for the purchase of a property.
She was so attentive and was happy to answer all my questions.
Her responses to my emails were always so quick, and I really felt like she took her time to explain everything to us which made the process seamless.
Stacey was in constant contact and I felt she would always go out of her way to help.
Also the receptionists have always been so lovely everytime I have rung (I'm sorry I don't know their names!).
Overall I have had a fantastic experience with them and will not hesitate to use again.
