DPB Plumbing and Heating Engineers Ltd レビュー

Patrick from DPB has just left after servicing my boiler. Fantastic, friendly service and interaction with DPB from the off has been superb. From initial booking online through to all communication they have been faultless. It’s amazing how many people don’t even respond to a request for a quote online. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys for all plumbing and heating needs on the back of this initial visit. Well done DPB and thanks again Patrick!

Excellent bathroom refurbishments with Luke and James.
My experience with DPB has been excellent. They completed two bathroom refurbishments for myself.
From starting the job to finishing the job I found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Luke who completed the work with the help of James. I felt completely at ease after meeting Luke that I had made the right choice in selecting DPB to complete the work. The end result exceeded my expectations. His work ethic was outstanding as he set himself high expectations for completion of the job.
I would not hesitate in recommending Luke and DPB.

I had DPB Plumbing come and move a radiator for me. They were very professional. The price was fair and they arrived when arranged. The plumber they sent (Joe) was excellent. He was very patient as the job was a little more tricky than expected! Would definitely recommend. Very pleased.

Bathroom refurbishment. From first contact to getting the quote to having them arrive and carry out the work, DPB have impressed at every step; including a text reminder of start date and time.
VERY tidy workmen, excellent work ethic, and very impressive quality of work. I can highly recommend DPB Plumbing and am happy to so do.

At last a plumbing business that actually cares about their customers! Fast response to my request, a fair quote then the work completed quickly and efficiently. Brilliant!! Burst pipe on a bank holiday weekend resulting in no water. Job completed by by Jamie within 2 hours of calling. Very impressed with service- will use sgain. Recommend 5*++

Our experience so far with Danny and the DPB Plumbing team has been excellent. From having our boiler serviced to advice over the phone or callouts which are quick and easy to arrange with the friendly and helpful admin team.

thoroughly impressed with the very high standard of service provided. Danny is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, and went above and beyond to service our boiler, we then had an emergency with a hot filter tap and once again came to our rescue. Can’t recommend DPB Plumbing enough and feel totally secure knowing we have a plumber to call.

First time customer, and thoroughly impressed with the very high standard of service provided. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, and went above and beyond. While I hope I don’t encounter any more plumbing problems in the near future, I now know who I’ll be turning to if I do. Can’t recommend DPB Plumbing enough!

We got a next day appointment, updates via text about arriving, very professional, smart and polite. Thank you

Can only give this company a 5 star rating. As new customers we made an appointment to service our oil boiler, they confirmed the appointment, we received a phone call because they would be a few minutes late (collecting parts). Revisited the next day to replace a leaking filter, again on time. Danny was efficient and pleasant, as were the staff we talked to on the telephone. With emailed/text confirmations of appointments and invoicing, we were impressed with the efficiency of this company; so much so we have now joined their service plan. This is a company showing old fashioned values, while employing modern day technology. It makes a pleasant change to have a tradesman actually live up to their hype. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The process of asking for and receiving a quote, to completion of the job was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner. The job consisted of replacing two radiators, fitting a replacement cistern pack to toilet, fitting mixer taps to kitchen sink and fitting isolation valves to the pipework. Rob who did the job was very friendly and helpful. He kept us informed at all times and cleaned up after each part of the job. On completion all rubbish was removed from the house.

We would certainly recommend DPB Plumbing for the quality of their work, and their friendly and efficient manner.

As always fantastic service from Danny or his crew from start to end. Good communication and always available to help. Highly recommend monthly service plan.

Cannot express what an amazing level of workmanship, communication that we received today when Danny and Joe installed a new LPG boiler in our static home.
The whole installation was exceptional from beginning to the completion. Danny and his team are so friendly, efficient and so professional, it was totally refreshing to have such a company within our property and made us feel relaxed and reassured.

We cannot recommend DPB Plumbing enough. 10 out of 10.

Excellent service all round, communication through the office is first class and the expertise of the field staff is exemplary.
