It’s been a month since i ordered a 166$ order of two pairs of slides with express shipping, i keep sending emails to them some of them are answered but only by ai. This is the worst experience i’ve had with ordering online, i don’t know if i got scammed but it seems like it. It’s ridiculous. I get updates every 10 days with the tracking and that’s it. ITS BEEN A MONTH!

9-18-2025 So an update I got my order 9/18/25 very impressed with the fabric and quality no concerns they legit will be ordering again from them and two people besides the ai did email me just had to wait like two-three days for a reply…….——————————-09-12-2025I’m starting to really think this site about to scam me I might be to inpatient trust I give you update if I receive order or refund. not Amazon not dhgate probably where some of y’all got y’all slides from but I used the Draco slides site I’m really starting to think I got scam paid $159 for 2 different Burberry pajamas express shipping 9/4/2025 for them to come fast all I got is a dhl tracking number can’t contract nobody just ai in the chat support I can just feel it in my gut knowing this a scam site probably I will change update if I receive my order cuz it really only been 9 days actually all the YouTube videos TikTok’s are from Amazon or dhgate buy from them please you guys not dracoslides.com

Paid for express shipping (1-5 days) which was a extra $20 but still took over a month to recive the slides, on top of that, the tracking number they send u is fake and will give updates on randoms peoples slides, also if your living in canada like me, i dont recommend buying the slides, not only did i have to pay $170 cad for the slides, when the slides arrived, they made me pay $70 at the post office to be able to actually get the slides in my hands, honestly they do have pretty decent quailty and feel great but would i buy another pair? HELL NOOO,

They are scammers you will never get your order they will send you fake tracking number but it never works so don’t waste your money you will never get what you paid for

Very poor quality product. They only have a 30 day return policy. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE telephone number. Wasted $112.00, the slides broke after less than 60 days.

Orders slides on June 13, 2025 - they arrived about 10 days later. My 15 year old only worn them maybe 4 times and the strap broke.

I got scammed man, i trusted this site and read reviews and i thought they were legit. I never even got the order number or anything, their is no number in their website either. Man, all the reviews are bots, be careful out there. They will even send a confirmation for the purchase via text but still nothing. Couple of emails here and there but still, thank goodness I purchased with my Credit, i am about to call them and get my money back.

I love the insoles in the shoe it’s really comfortable i also love how it pops out with my outfits

Dracoslides is a legitimate company with quality slides I wear on the daily. It’s unfortunate that deliveries from them were delayed due to the Canada Post strike, and as one who was affected by it, Dracoslides offered excellent customer service and support at the time; and when I finally got my slides, they gave me a discount code for my next purchase. I really appreciate the dracoslides team, and can’t wait to cop my next pair💯

Honestly one of my favorite shoes/slides i have and one of the most comfortable i definitely recommend buying. they look really nice and are very comfortable good for a lot of stuff also. definitely recommend buying. it’s cheap, comfortable,good looking. definitely recommend

Draco slides are THE best slides you can get multiple versions of them and their also very comfortable.

Dracoslides have got to be the comfiest slides I’ve ever put on my feet for sure. It feels like you’re stepping into a pillow as you’re walking. After some long running putting on my Draco slides is the best feeling ever.

I recently bought a pair of Dracoslides and they were the best slides I have ever wore they were so comfortable. And I also bought one of their Sweatpants and they were also the best Sweatpants I’ve ever wore. Don’t let these reviews tell you not to buy from Dracoslides.

I think everyone else commenting are definitely bots bro it's so funny. Anyways don't listen to them they're really comfortable and if you order on amazon shipping shouldn't be a problem.

The comfortability is a 10. The looks itself is fire. And they are just slip on walk out the house type shoes. This shoe is easily one of the best shoes in my shoe collection.

Mine arrived on time and came with a few extra items in the package. Highly recommend!!

Best company ever. All these shoes are EXTREMELY COMPANY. it is like a pillow on your feet. Easily the next big fashion company. Nam is extremely hard working and everything he is doing will turn out to be successful because of how hard he works.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! Stay very far away from DracoSlides.I ordered a pair of limited edition slides they were selling on the 13 of February. It was to be delivered on February 20. The item never came. I sent them numerous emails and no reply. I contacted the support chat on their website and all they said was "once the package is shipped" its out of their hands contact the shipping company. I spoke with UPS and they were no help either. They don't have a phone number to contact them and they don't respond to your emails. It's been about 2 weeks now and nothing from them. I had to escalate the matter to my bank! FRAUD COMPANY!!! All those 5 star reviews are Bogus. Paying for reviews to make your company look a certain but still can't deliver orders on time or respond to emails. They also pay for comments on their Instagram page. April 17 2025 and I still haven't got my Dracoslides..

I think all of these other comments are ai or bots took about a week to get here amazing comfort def worth the money
