used to really enjoy playing on Dragon Slots — it was the only online casino I played regularly. I had a few small wins over time and found the deposit turnaround to be pretty decent.

However, my recent experience has completely changed my view. My winnings were confiscated without any clear explanation, and I wasn’t even aware it had happened until I reached out to ask. I was then told I had exceeded the bonus betting limits — but I didn’t even realise a bonus had been applied to my last deposit, as my previous deposits that night didn’t include one.

As a result, I lost $1500 in winnings, which is extremely upsetting, especially during a difficult time while caring for my sick children.

If this issue isn’t resolved and my winnings aren’t returned, I will be deleting my account. I genuinely was not aware I had broken any rules, as I didn’t know a bonus had been applied in the first place.

i believe they shouldn't allow people to bet above the restricted amount like other casinos do as it creates utter disappointment for all.

UPDATE! I got banned over a very simple misunderstanding. I was waiting for an answer on where the payid option went because it was gone from withdrawals option, and while I was talking to support I mentioned that "im tempted to play my winnings". And I was instantly banned for gambling addiction.

The casino is deliberately refusing to approve my bank statement. I've sent them a valid document multiple times, which every other casino has accepted without issue. They keep rejecting me. I've asked 20 times for a reason for rejection, and each time I get evasive answers and no specifics. Finally, I get a message asking me to send a bank statement from another bank. Where am I supposed to get one if I only have one account?! Don't deposit money there, because you won't get any winnings! Beware of these scammers!

How to withdraw money or win a prize is not clear once you complete that then it comes up with something else so I did everything. My advice don’t use them. It’s a scam.
