Still waiting for my money they triggered a kyc issue again....

I deposited money and won around 20,000 CZK.
When I requested a withdrawal, it was cancelled without a clear reason.
After that, they started asking for very sensitive personal documents (ID, both sides of my card, and bank details).
This feels unsafe and highly suspicious.
I cannot recommend this site. Please be very careful.

After few years of playing here sadly I have to downgrade my experience from 5 stars to 1. One reason is the casino is dishonest about their bonus offers and promotions. They offer a Friday bonus yet it has not worked for me a single time even though I met minimum deposit requirements and all, when I contacted support they didn’t give me a good reason as to why. They then sent out an email asking to be nominated for best casino on AskGamblers , sent them a screen a shot and I would get 20 FS.
