Drain Doctor - Aberdeen & Inverness レビュー 

After using three plumbers unsuccessfully I was recommended to use Drain Doctors. Camera found the problem right away. Even I could see the roots blocking the drain! Job done without digging up my flagstones as they have they have the equipment.

Moved into a new house and quickly noticed a drainage issue. Derek (not Dennis) got out to us within 30mins of calling and had the problem diagnosed shortly after. Got us up and running on day one, and came back day two to do a proper clean that should hopefully last us a good while. Very friendly, professional, and we’re happy with the results.

Their job was absolutely professional with a highly trained staff who pay greater attention to detail. I will always refer Drain Doctor to everyone for drain issues.

Dennis arrived quickly and worked out what the problem was - which was not straightforward. A good tidy job.

Absolutely everything from start to finish with Drain Doctor was First Class Plus. There was a Rep on site within two hours of me calling. A thorough assessment was carried out and explained clearly to me, including underground photogrphy showing the problem on screen, on site. And what was needed to rectify problem was clearly explained to me. An official and detailed estimate followed within 2-3 days which I accepted without question as it reflected everything I was told, and the Drain Doctor Rep was back within 6 days and the job was complete and perfectly done within a week. Both the Manager, Sam, and the drainage engineer, Darren, who carried out the work were exemplanary in their overall attention to my problem. The invoice was exactly as per Estimate and the overall experience was beyond my expectations.

The guy that came to do the work was efficient and explained everything. Worked quickly and cleaned everything up before he left. Would recommend.

Originally booked online only to take a call within minutes to say that Derek was in the area and could be with us within the hour. He turned up and and cleared the drain within minutes. Fantastic service and outcome. Cheers...

Derek came out within 40 minutes of calling, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us his recommendation and our options. Once he got to work he had the issue fixed within the hour and made sure that everything was flowing.

A very fast and efficient service. My issue was resolved within an hour of registering the call out. The engineer called me within 10minutes of lodging the call out. He arrived within 20 minutes of his call. He listened to my explanation and gave feedback. He had the issue resolved 22 minutes after arriving. Very friendly and expert.

Derek quickly found and cleared the blockage behind our slow draining toilet. A quick check inside, then camera inspection and water jetting from the outside. Efficient and friendly service, with no mess. This was a non-urgent job but we received a helpful callback from Sam, and Derek was here within the hour, so the problem was solved the same morning it was reported. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Derek. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and got the drain unblocked with no fuss. We’ve used the company around five times now and have always received excellent service. Derek was friendly, professional and got everything back up and running quickly, so I’m free to use everything again! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or the company.
