On time and sorted my drain problem in no time.

Really friendly engineer who explained everything he was doing.
Very tidy and cleaned up before he left.

A blocked drain, filled in online form, had reply within minutes. Couldn’t come out on same day (a Sunday) but was given the option of Mon morning.
Got a phone call to say would be with us within 10 mins.
Full explanation on what will be done and if anything else needed done they would chat to us first.
Camera up the drains to find a blockage, cleared the blockage and did a confirmation with a dye.
Very informative, friendly, communicative and clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I called Drain Doctor in the morning and Darren was on site by 1:00pm He was incredibly professional and communicative and carefully worked his way through the exterior drainage problems we had. He was completely clear on the process and the costs. He sorted out all our (complex) problems. Totally recommend Drain Doctor and Darren!

Phoned for a quote and the work was completed on the same day. My drain on my driveway and kitchen sink were both unblocked.

Prompt Visit - Resolved blocked external drain issue quickly with tools required - lesson learned 1. where relevant drain is and 2. rod it myself annually to keep clear in future.
Cost was fair for time spent and work required.

Juris, Derek and Shona made a bad situation better! Solved our drainage and septic tank issues with humour and professionalism, came out quickly, explained everything and fixed it properly. It was a bigger job than we anticipated but they responded promptly at each stage. Definitely recommend. Gave us great peace of mind.

I contacted them on a Friday mid-afternoon with no expectation they would come out, but they responded, and the guys arrived within the hour. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and to my relief, there was no mess left to clear up from the blockage.

The guys were friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. Very pleased with the service.
