Derek did a great job. He was prompt, comunicative and very focused. He found the blockage (a plastic baby syringe) and our shower finally drains! He also left our bathroom clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from Derek. From the moment I phoned to ask for help to the drain issue being resolved was less than 2 hours. Would 100% recommend.

I can’t fault Derek and Sam. They came out and fixed the issue which was years of root growth cause a blocked pipe. Once cleared and the pipe replaced a camera check of the pipes was done and there was also a dislodged pipe found in another area, they were able to quote me and get the job done the same day.
At the end of the day all was fixed and working well, great work!

We arranged for Dr.Doctor to unblock one of our drains that had prevented us using our bathroom toilet and the kitchen dishwasher.Darren arrived as promised within the time window given and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.Darren explained the process and cost before staring work and throughout the whole process kept me informed on the process.The drain was unblocked and tested before he left.I cannot recommend Dr.Doctor and Darren enough.The service given was exemplary and I can’t recommend them enough.A first class job.Well done and keep up the great work

Derek spent hours helping resolve a drainage issue at our property and was a pleasure to deal with. His expertise and determination to resolve the problem, together with his enthusiasm and sense of humour meant a potentially stressful situation was dealt with without fuss or drama. Derek, was available before my appointment time and quickly diagnosed some of the issues with the external drains on the south side of the property. Despite some other issues arising, he worked professionally to overcome these issues.
On completion, he tidied everything up and left the surrounds of the house very tidy.

Very good service from Darren from Drain Dr. I only phoned at the weekend and he was here at 8.30am on Monday.
Diagnosed the problem, dealt with it and showed me what he was doing each step of the way.
He was very helpful and polite and fixed our problem.

We ran into trouble with all drains blocked and was able to contact them and they called back in 15 minutes on a Sunday, Brilliant, great sense of relief when we knew they were coming to fix matters. Brilliant job, had all the required kit and knew how to find and FIX the problem, no way could we have managed this ourselves. Derek knew what he aws doing and did a very good neat and tidy job, much appreciated at a very reasonable rate.
