It was easy to arrange a date & time for the rain water gulley to be cleared & I was told the cost upfront. The engineer, Darren, phoned to say what time he would arrive. He was polite & got on with the job in hand.

Darren the engineer was very helpful - and persistent when he encountered our blocked sink drain which initially wouldn't clear. He traced our pipeworks and figured out where the blockage was and cleared it and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

Derek had our drain issue sorted in no time. He was very professional and kept us informed about everything he was doing. Very reasonably priced aswell.

I live six miles outside Inverurie, lo and behold the toilet drain blocked on Friday late morning, I thought well this is going to be an interesting weekend. Called the Inverurie Drain Doctor gave my particulars, and was informed they would have some one there within the hour. The call was handled very professionally with my location and details record on the job sheet. I love off the A 96 and within the hour sure enough Dereck called me to ask if I can open the gates of my house. The van was reversed into my parking bit at the back of my house, Dereck then surveyed the problem, unloaded the kit from his van and the blockage was cleared and my drains hosed down and lids replaced. Job done paid with my credit card and away Derek went leaving two very satisfied customers.

Excellent service from Drain doctor, Derek the engineer who attended gave me an immediate quote and quickly removed my stick drain rod, preformed a camera survey and jetted my rains thoroughly removing the blockage.
